You have a bathroom with shower and a kitchen what has everything included what you need for cooking. -ATTENTION- It’s an old house, so the walls are not that big. No Partys and rather 2 people than three. No smoking and no pets.

Es ist eine 3 Zimmerwohnung von ca. 100qm mit einer voll eingerichteten Küche mit angenzendem Wirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner und Bügeleisen. Die Terrasse am Wohnzimmer lädt zum Frühstücken und Relaxen ein. Bei uns ist jeder willkommen. Auch freuen wir uns auf Kinder. Kinder bis 3 Jahre kostenlos, bis 5Jahre 7,00€, Kinderbett und ein Kinderhochstuhl sind vorhanden.

Der ca 33km lange Wanderweg Ist ideal für Fahrradtour, sowie Wandertouren durch ein riesiges Naturschutzgebiet, den Kirchwerder Wiesen.

The holiday home called"Schnuckenbau" is just 3 minutes on foot nearby to the Nature Park Luneburg Heath. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.
