Here you will stay in a modern apartment in a Bauhaus villa above Lake Schmachter. The house was newly built in 2007 in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The town center and the beach are only about 10 minutes' walk or 5 minutes by bike. The highlights of the spacious apartment are the sunny south-west balcony with lake view and the fireplace. The spacious layout of about 90 m² and the bright complete furnishings ensure your well-being throughout the stay.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Enjoy the beautiful Baltic Sea with our beautiful apartment Wiek in Binz. The apartment is located in the spa architecture Villa Concordia in the immediate vicinity of the beach. It is only 50 meters to the beach. The large box spring bed ensures a restful sleep, the large south balcony ensures that you can relax in the sun, but the electric fireplace also creates a cozy atmosphere when the weather is not good. A beautiful holiday awaits you.

Mehr Platz nötig - dann bucht meine neues 3-Raum Appartement "Sea Breeze" No. 6 in der Villa Chloe mit 80 qm, 2 Schlafzimmern & tollen Balkon.

The loft-style apartment with high-quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen as well as the two bathrooms (one of them en-suite) are furnished with attention to detail and an eye for beauty. Relax in the infrared cabin, which is located in one of the two bedrooms, each equipped with 180x200 box spring beds, or in the freestanding bathtub. Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
