The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a wish washer, fridge, stove, oven, coffemakers and everything else you need for self catering. There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

You can bring your own towels and linen or rent for €5 per person. The one-time final cleaning includes a parking space for a car. In front of the apartment is a terrace only for your use. The apartment is not heatable and therefore only for rent from June to September.
