The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

Die Villa Sirene liegt direkt am Strand der Binzer Strandpromenade in zentraler, ruhiger Lage zwischen dem Ostseestrand (ca. 10 m entfernt) und dem Kurpark (ca. 10 m) und 200 m von der Seebrücke. Die Villa ist Motiv in vielen Bildbänden und Rügen-Filmen und ist heute eine der prächtigsten weißen Villen aus der Kaiserzeit an der 3,2 km langen Strandpromenade.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung. Zum Strand sind es keine 10 Minuten Fußweg. Weitere 10 Minuten Spaziergang auf der Strandpromenade steht man vor der Seebrücke - im Zentrum des Ostseebades. Verschiedene Einkaufsmärkte, Bäcker und Baumarkt befinden sich nur 5 Minuten fußläufig von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Der IC Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Sonnenterrasse, die Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt auf dem Grundstück, Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden.

It's just 50 meters to the beach. The large box spring bed makes for a restful sleep, the large south-facing balcony that you can let your soul dangle in the sun, but the electric fireplace also creates a cozy atmosphere if the weather doesn't play along. A beautiful holiday awaits you.
