Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this holiday home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

Enjoy the beautiful Baltic Sea with our beautiful apartment "Sassnitz" in Binz. The apartment is located in the spa architecture villa Concordia in the immediate vicinity of the beach. It's just 50 meters to the beach. The large box spring bed makes for a restful sleep, the large balcony that you can relax in the fresh air, but the electric fireplace also creates a cozy atmosphere when the weather does not play along. A beautiful holiday awaits you.

The house on Uferstieg is a relaxing, beach-close place to slow down - ideal for couples, small families, athletes and dog owners who want to vacation away from the crowds. From the simple, restrained cottage on 50 sqm, it is only a few meters to the natural beach. Bike rides along the Baltic Sea, kitesurfing in the shallow waters or hikes through the beech forest, there is plenty to discover here.

Apartment No. 5 in the center of Binz is located in the immediate vicinity of the promenade, which invites you to stroll with its impressive houses of the bathroom architecture. In addition, the beach and the pier as well as various restaurants and gastronomy establishments are within a few minutes. Directly opposite the apartment is a supermarket.

My place is right behind the dune of the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome.
