In front of the entrance there are 2 cozy sitting areas, which invite you to a sunny breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

The vacation home is located in the small district of Zaase surrounded by meadows and fields. The newly furnished apartment and the cozy terrace invites you to relax or enjoy cozy barbecue evenings. The property is accessed with a bike path to the Ports of Schaprode and Wittower Ferry. A horse farm is nearby. Many interesting destinations are located just a few kilometers away, such as the island of Hiddensee. Beaches and restaurants are within easy reach.

Elmis Ferienwohnung is located in beautiful Seebad Binz. The apartment in Haus Concordia was fully renovated and newly furnished by us in 2019. It's a bright, modern and cozy three-room apartment with a living area of 70 sqm. The parking space associated with the apartment is in the yard, right next to the entrance barrier. This offers enough space for SUVs and vans as well. We only host weekly in peak season, Saturday on Saturday.

A well behaved dog is allowed (cleaning +25 euros on site).
