Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Biel/Bienne

I consider myself lucky to have discovered this quiet oasis in the vineyards of Vallamand. Naomi and Romain were there when I needed them and left enough privacy, even though they live in the same house. The interaction was very pleasant. The studio is a perfect place for singles with a need for rest as well as for couples to experience a change of scenery and enjoy the most beautiful view of Lake Murten and the vineyard landscape. The garden seating area is like another world, the furnishings are simple, but very atmospheric. A Denner is easily accessible nearby via a walk. I would love to come back another time, because I feel reborn after the stay. Thank you so much Naomi and Romain for the wonderful stay!

We loved the place ! We used it as our base to explore Switzerland with a eurail train pass, did day trips to Zurich, Basel, Geneva, Lauterbrunnen, Thun, Interlaken and Bern. Walkable distance from the train station, also a beautiful walk in a pretty village circled by mountains. The place was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Very friendly host, was responsive and gave clear instructions. We even had a binder explaining how to use the ameneties and with local recommandations. Would go back if I was to travel to Switzerland again !

I had a great one-month stay at Jacqueline's. She was a great host: always available, warm and concerned about our well-being. The studio is very nice, perfectly equipped and maintained, with a very nice cleaning service proposal. It feels really good at home. I highly recommend this listing and thank Jacqueline again for hosting us!

For 6 of us, it is a great place to stay. You will not have an issue at all if you have your own transportation to go around, which is what we did during the 3 nights there. We cooked dinner for all three nights for 6 of us at the house and enjoyed the view. We have already missed this house now as we are in Interlaken for another 4 nights with a different style of Airbnb. After sharing our photos and experience of the house with my sisters, they are interested in booking the same house for their future trip to Europe.

Christine's house is a real haven of peace, with a beautiful garden where the children were able to play while the adults enjoyed themselves. Close to shops (Coop, bakery) as well as trains and boats, this house was very convenient and in a good location. 15-20 minutes from the beach on foot (with children). The beds were good quality and there was everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this warm and comfortable place.

Highly recommended for a weekend (or longer) digital detox! Sandra and Pierre's place and the special surroundings are a real gem. The small house is very well maintained, very simple and tastefully decorated, and offers many options to relax, linger and simply "be", especially with its outdoor areas. Due to illness, we were only able to arrive later than planned, the generous courtesy of the hosts was unexpected and left an even better impression. We are grateful for the beautiful days there and all around satisfied.

Fantastic views of lake and mountains from every room, patio and balcony. Great location/easy access to all attractions in the Berner Oberland area with all the amenities needed. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely family weekend, the cottage is beautiful, very comfortable and very well-equipped. Totally matches the photos and description. The views are great. Very nice welcome from Frédéric and Stéphanie, thank you for the welcome gift that delighted our taste buds. The banana rhubarb jam was excellent!

perfect stay, very friendly hosts, clear and concise. strategic location and very convenient parking in front of the house. spacious and very clean apartment, the only thing I missed was a second harder pillow, I only had the soft one. (having only stayed two nights I didn't ask the host if by chance he had a harder one). this doesn't affect the 5 stars I gave, very deserved!

Beautiful apartment, spacious bedrooms with office, relaxing living room where you like to stay, welcoming decoration. A small paradise, peaceful oasis. And very close to Granges, for electric cars 50kw chargers in the Migros covered parking lot Towards Grange train station with an advantageous rate. We were there for a gliding competition, and we will return to visit the surroundings. 5 km away, Büren an der Aare, exceptional.

Sam was a very friendly, accommodating host. The apartment is very centrally located - plenty of restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Easily accessible on foot from the train station. The dining and living rooms were ideal for the 6 people we were. Cooking was no problem for this number, the kitchen is well-equipped. The beds have memory foam pillows, which is not for everyone - but not everyone likes feather pillows either ... so we usually bring our own anyway. :-) We can very well imagine booking this apartment again!

Bernhard is a great host, extremely helpful and friendly, very responsive. He has been very arranging with us. The flat was clean, nothing to complain about, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable with nice and fresh bed linens. The flat is nice and simple, like on the pictures, we felt home and it was a plus for our holidays. In addition, the surroundings were very quiet during the night. When we are visiting Bienne in the future, we will first try our chance renting Bernhard's flat before checking any other options. Thanks again Bernhard for your welcome!

We felt completely comfortable with Nathalie and Adrian! They have a beautiful home where you simply feel welcome from the first moment. Everything was very well maintained, lovingly decorated and radiates a warm, pleasant atmosphere. You can immediately tell that heart and style come together here. Location is just a stone's throw away from hikes and a 20-minute train ride into the city of Bern. A quick hop away from the Gurten, as well as the Gantrisch area. Two stops away from trains towards the Thunersee region. Apartment offered the comforts of home, a well equipped kitchenette to cook many meals at home. The spacious and comfortable bedroom and refreshing shower allowed us to rest and reset before each next outdoor adventure. We appreciated the views and the local scenic landscape (with many walking and bike paths nearby). Stay here when you're ready to experience more of Switzerland's charming landscape and culture beyond the high tourist areas of city centres!

The location could not have been better! We loved Maria’s place and she was very communicative. The view never got old, and we were close to everything we wanted to see while in Switzerland. While we had a car and got to use the included parking spot, we also tried using the bus stop which was immediately outside the home and it was very easy to navigate around Switzerland. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who’s visiting Switzerland!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Upon check-in, we received clear instructions on how to enter, which made everything easy. The apartment is exactly as described. The location is easy to find and there’s a shopping center within walking distance, which was super convenient. We felt comfortable right away and were able to fully relax. We’d be happy to come back again! 😄

We absolutely loved staying at the home of Anouk, Annekäti, and Annette! They made us feel like it was home. Even though we were in their home, it still felt private. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We had a very cozy and peaceful stay at Ursula’s farmhouse. It is located on a beautiful hillside with amazing views. The washing machine was helpful and the cat was very affectionate! Would love to come back someday.

Since I was there last week, Bea was more than flexible and generous with check-in and check-out. Communication was great, the terrace also very pleasant! I will certainly book again!
