Vacation rentals with lake access in Biel/Bienne

We had a great time. The place is very clean and well-maintained, with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The view from the cottage is beautiful and the location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. Odile was welcoming and available to answer our questions. I recommend this cottage to those looking for a quiet place to relax. We'll probably be back on a future trip. Thank you for a great stay.

Honestly, the living experience far exceeded expectations.Due to visa issues, we had a tight booking time, and we changed our itinerary from Grindelwald to Spitz.This B&B made this trip better.Whether it's the homestay itself or the service.Don't be misled by the simplicity of the cover photo, when you actually stay, you will find that this is the distant place in your mind, and there is no other.The house is fully furnished, clean and tidy, and feels like home. I was very impressed with the B&B in New Zealand, it was modern poetry and distant, but the night was too quiet, that happened in Wanaka, South Island, New Zealand.During this trip to Switzerland, living here is surrounded by lakes and mountains, which is more and more rustic poetry and distant, but the night.It's worth mentioning that I slept for 10 hours in a row, maybe it has something to do with hiking in Florence, but I still want to give credit to this place, staying here will make your trip even more memorable.

Regula and Sascha are absolutely lovely people and their home is a gem. Like others have wrote, they have thought about every detail from a wood-fired oven for pizzas to an herb garden to pick for meals to even pre-paying for our bus card to get around town. They were so kind to show us around their home when we checked in and explained everything we would need to know. The property is stunning and so peaceful with access to the lake for swimming or to take the ferry as well as a bus stop at the end of the street. I hope to stay in their home again and I would recommend it to anyone considering! Paradise! Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed more sunshine. Thank you both so much!

Christine's house is a real haven of peace, with a beautiful garden where the children were able to play while the adults enjoyed themselves. Close to shops (Coop, bakery) as well as trains and boats, this house was very convenient and in a good location. 15-20 minutes from the beach on foot (with children). The beds were good quality and there was everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this warm and comfortable place.

We were there with the family and the grandmother. The house offers enough space for everyone :) The location is awesome; in 2 minutes at the lake (via the meadow). Large terrace with morning sun! We made the trip by public transport. That's possible, the bus runs hourly in both directions. Without luggage, the station can be reached in 20 minutes, with luggage rather 30 minutes.

This is a charming, very lovingly decorated apartment just a few minutes from the highway. We were only passing through and could not enjoy the apartment as long as it deserves. Even our 17-year-old son said he'd like to stay here longer. That's a big compliment from a teenager. The only thing we haven't tried is the kitchen. It is probably intended for shared use, as we understood, and is on the ground floor. Catherine is a very nice and accommodating host. She gives valuable tips and was very kind. We would definitely book the apartment again!

The host is so kind and the accommodation is in good condition! Welcome drinks and light snacks are also provided. After checking out, I needed to store my luggage, but you stored it in the warehouse, so it was a comfortable trip! The water pressure is strong, and the warm water comes out well. Thank you so much for providing additional towels. Lake Brienz in front of the house is also so beautiful. It was a happy honeymoon. Goodbye Switzerland~~🇨🇭🙋‍♀️👋

One of the best Airbnb‘s we have stayed in the patio has one of the most amazing views in Switzerland, nestled in a small town very close to the lake the room has everything you could possibly need highly recommend you book your stay here when visiting Switzerland.

Peter & Eveline are very friendly and welcoming hosts, super responsive and attentive. Their place is a perfect getaway: comfortable, fully functional, and idyllic. It offers spectacular views of the lake and mountains that we enjoyed from the spacious balcony. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and airy living room. Public transport in the area is excellent, which was especially helpful for us as we didn’t have a car. The shops and restuarants are within walking distance and. are of good quality too. We truly had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend their place to anyone visiting this wonderful place! We will be coming back!

One of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at. Location was perfect for our taste, away from the crowd yet accessible. Beautiful and close to lake and mountain activities. Lukas was very friendly and responsive to all our queries. The house itself was great, clean and in a perfect spot. Only thing we missed was a washing machine due to the long duration of our stay, but other than that, it was as close to perfect as we could hope !!!

We had a great weekend at Vincent's place! Everything was exactly as described: a cozy, very clean and well-equipped apartment, with an absolutely magnificent view of the lake and the Alps. The location is perfect, next to the bus stop (10 min from the city center) and very convenient small shops. Communication with Vincent was simple, friendly and efficient. We immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed the beach a few steps away. Again, thank you for this beautiful break, we'll be back with pleasure!

Emily and Fred’s place was in a beautiful location and the welcome and information we received was great.

Great place to stay. Bolia was great to deal with. Even though we didn't speak each others languages we could communicate via Airbnb, Whats App and text messages easily. The combination of an old building and modern but not too modern interior was fantastic. Really peaceful and comfortable. Across the road from the chocolate factory but couldn't hear any noise. Nice walk up to Broc for the Coop, bakery etc. for supplies. Easy bus journey to Gruyere and the H R Giger museum and bar etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angelique's. The place was very modern and nicely decorated and well equipped for a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, there is only poor network coverage and no Wi-Fi. It's not that bad, but you should know. :) Otherwise everything was great, we thank you for the hospitality.

We have already stayed with Paloma in the chalet twice and we liked it very much and felt comfortable! We can recommend the chalet and the location is great! Unfortunately, we had to take a mattress with us again this year because our children are too small to sleep alone on the upper floor as it is only accessible via an external staircase! A warm beach cottage with a beautiful private garden. The cottage is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you might need for holidays with children. On foot you are in max. 10 minutes on the beautiful beach of Gletterens.

Beautiful location, friendly and responsive host. All amenities mentioned were provided. There’s no kitchen as mentioned, but can use microwave, kettle and hot pot to warm or cook basic stuff. No issues if you’re coming by car, but in case of walking, as all of the bus stops are downhill, it could be a tough walk. Also it’s because the place is uphill you get such beautiful lake view. Pool table is icing on the cake. So thankful to the host for letting us use washer and dryer. Also we were given croissants, nutella on arrival, overall a great stay.

The Bijou is something very special at the Mortensee. The location is superb, the lake is beautiful and the Bijou comes with its own jetty Just perfect

We were allowed to enjoy 5 days in this great accommodation. The place is clean and you feel at home. The garden was a little paradise. The host is very friendly and responds very quickly. In a few minutes you can reach the beautiful Lake Murten.
