The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

There are two bedrooms with two beds each, which can be occupied by 1-4 people (only 1 room is open for 2 people. For 4 people, both bedrooms are accessible). The associated bathroom (with bathtub) and kitchen are also located on the 2nd floor hallway.
