Ader has provided a lot of information about the house, surrounding area and local recommendations since we made the booking. She is always responsive and helpful. The house is at a great location, walkable distance to Richmond center and bus & train station. The surrounding area is fascinating, bunch of parks around and not to mention the riverside. House condition is great and you have everything you needed. Overall a very pleasant experience, highly recommended to group of 4-6 to spend some quality time around Richmond.

Jill was an amazing host! So proactive with giving us recommendations and just checking in with us before and during our stay! Response time was always very quick! The home itself was so cosy and perfect for my weekend with friends. We were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates on the dining table which was lovely. The beds are super comfy and so is the couch. The only criticism I have is that because the stove is an induction hob, it just took longer to cook things than it would’ve on a gas stove which is what I’m used to but other than that, we all loved our stay and would definitely consider coming back and recommend to anyone’s wanting to visit Cotswold.

We stayed here as a family to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the property was exactly as pictured—beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing and memorable stay. The living spaces were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to unwind. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made hosting a birthday dinner at home a breeze. And the views? Absolutely stunning—waking up to those each morning was a treat in itself. Our host was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout, which made the experience even better. From local recommendations to thoughtful touches around the home, we felt genuinely looked after. It was the perfect setting for a special occasion, and we’ve come away with some truly lovely memories. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. Amazing place! Perfect location for a family holiday. The house has absolutely everything you need and more. We really enjoyed sea kayaking and paddle boarding with all Daves's kit. The sea is so close you can carry everything down to the shore. We really loved the hot tub and sauna and bbq area. The games room was a great space for the kids to hang out and play as well as the adults. We couldn't have wanted more. We'd wholeheartedly recommend this amazing house.

This was the best holiday experience ! It was such a tranquil and beautiful setting we were instantly relaxed and felt at home. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and everything was perfect, really couldn't wish for more. The bed was comfy, with amazing views of the river as soon as you opened your eyes. The decor was tasteful and chic, it felt very upmarket and spotless. All in all a super five star experience with friendly and dedicated hosts, we will definitely return.

Thank you for a lovely stay, the lake is absolutely stunning, and being able to paddleboard right from the private jetty was so much fun. The house is great with a large selection of kitchen equipment, and a lovely living space.

The accommodation was superb! However, please note that we had booked it for a group of 8 men participating in the Ultra Challenge 53km charity walk. The group may have made a bit of noise, though we did our best to keep it to a minimum. We also tried to be mindful with the use of the hot tub.

Great place, and one of the most welcoming host I’ve ever encountered. Everything just perfect: 10 minutes walk from centre, very clean, well equipped kitchen, large dining room etc. I’d warmly recommend to anyone would want to spend some quality time in Cowes.

The cottage is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing break. The extra touches, like milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and toiletries, are very thoughtful. A great place to come and stay easy to find really good.Carol was a amazing host very welcoming from start to finish and very helpful though out are stay. Very comfy beds loads of choices for breakfast. Will definitely stay again in the future.

David’s cottage was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. He was welcoming and approachable, checking that everything was as we wanted, and also leaving us a lovely bottle of wine. The cottage was warm and comfortable with a pretty Christmas tree greeting us.

A real home from home.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need including tea, coffee and sugar and cooking essentials. The biscuits and fresh milk on arrival were thoughtful. The luxury toiletries were gorgeous and it felt like a hotel with the fluffy white towels and dressing gowns. Great quiet location with a private rear garden really fantastic for our two pooches and our Son to be free to play safely. The decor was really stylish and the whole feel of the cottage was welcoming. The provision of all the games and books kept everyone entertained and we slept well in the comfy beds. We recommend a visit to the Cotswolds water park for active families for kayaking, aqua venture and paddle boarding etc but it’s quite pricey ! For pub food we went to The Somerford Arms great atmosphere and only 5 minutes drive away. For your food shopping there is an Aldi or Waitrose 15 minutes drive away. Thanks again

We had a wonderful stay in Bracklesham Bay at Esther’s home. It really felt like a home away from home, even down to how well stocked the kitchen is for families and the children’s playroom with lots of toys and books. The house was really well setup for families, its spacious, clean and comfortable. We were within a short walk of the beach which was perfect, and there is a lovely coffee shop close by. The garden of the house was perfect for some outdoor time with the children as well. Thank you to Esther for being so accommodating, we would recommend this home away from home!

We had a great stay at the Annex at Cowper Lodge in Singleton whilst I competed in the race to the king ultra marathon. From our arrival we were instantly made to feel welcome and shown around the property which is situated in the grounds of the beautiful Cowper Lodge. There were lots of personal and thoughtful touches throughout the accommodation, a well stocked fridge and snacks in the kitchen to the fan on and water by the bedside table to keep us cool on a hot night. The hosts provided us with lots of recommendations on places to visit and where to eat during our stay, we only wished we were staying longer to get to see everything! We were treated to home cooked breakfast at a convenient time for ourselves in the morning, it was like living in luxury sat in the lovely courtyard garden on a sunny morning. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, it truly was the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in. We will be recommending this to others and will definitely stay in the future next time.

We stayed while we were in the area for a wedding. The place is lovely and quiet with a cafe on site :) Jonathan and Hollie are lovely hosts, really accommodating and friendly. We’d definitely stay again thanks so much!

Had a really great time. Cabin was brilliant, had everything we needed for our stay and Elise was really helpful and friendly when we checked in with showing us around and giving lots of information about the local area.

Absolutely brilliant Air BnB. Great location to visit Eastbourne, Brighton, Rye, Wakehurst etc though the track to it is pretty bumpy so not ideal if you are going out several times a day. However, we went out in the morning & back in the evening & it’s so quiet & peaceful when you are there, it didn’t bother us. Accommodation was exactly like the photos & was so well stocked e.g. welcome basket, milk, dish washer tablets, biscuits etc & they saved our bacon because we forgot dog bowls but there they were in the cupboard; absolutely brilliant 🤩 Extremely clean & beautifully decorated throughout with shampoo & shower gel included. Was made to feel really welcome & our little westie, Minnie, thoroughly enjoyed her week away as well. Probably one of the best Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. Will definitely return when we next visit Sussex 😊😊

I rented Daniel's place for the weekend of my proposal to my partner and I could not have asked for a better location. The view from the cabin was amazing offering amazing views of the seven sisters and the sea which if you wanted you could also witness an amazing sunrise from the sea. The cabin and house offered incredible aesthetically pleasing designs. Daniel was a great host and offers a massive range of activities like surfboards, BBQ and a cinema room. Daniel also gave great suggestions of the surrounding area. Brighton is only a half an hour drive away and the local towns were great, we visited Lewes and they had great shops, pubs and cafes. This stay was a great unique experience and definitely worth staying here.

Our 2 night stay at Alex's was beautiful and serene. The island is easy to get to and quiet. Parking not a problem. Shepperton Lock is a pretty area and The Thames Court pub close by offers decent food and a nice view. We stayed in the summer so rented the kayak and spent a happy afternoon dodging ducks and exploring the river. The air-con in the room was awesome. The cats are very friendly and were an added bonus. Recommended!
