Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Berkeley

This was a great spot! In addition to having beautiful taste in decor and being friendly and responsive, Jennifer was also super understanding when I had to modify my trip because of a change in plans.

We stayed in the upstairs unit which was bright & comfortably furnished. There is a cute outdoor space behind the house which is shared by guests in both units.

We had a wonderful stay at this super cute, comfortable property. It was walkable to everything we wanted to do in Berkeley. Great neighborhood! And Dustin was very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Michael's place. It is well located and easy to find. We particularly loved the garden and being able to sit on the patio. Everything was clean and tidy. The room is well-equipped with everything you need. Michael was very nice to work with. Thanks so much.

Sunny Oasis is an accurate description! This home is very comfortable and nicely appointed in the heart of Berkeley.

Everything we imagined and wished for was at the Camppound. Our stay was delightful, cozy, fun, peaceful, Beautiful in and out nothing to want for everything was perfect. To Steve and Heather Thank you so kindly for your wonderful and kind welcome. We would not not have been able to do all of the things and stay the length we did for if it wasn’t for your generous cost to us during my Granddaughters graduation from Berkeley University.we will all be forever thankful and grateful , you are truly the most wonderful caring people, we were surely blessed finding this wonderful oasis and would definitely do it all over again without hesitation. The house was nice and clean. It smelled really good. Me and my brothers were in town for my nephews high school graduation and the location of the house was about 8 minutes away. The host was very communicative and checked in daily to make sure everything was going ok.

Very nice stay on Berkeley Hills. Very pleasant space both inside and outside, quiet area. A lot of light and attention to details. Very convenient location (with a car, easy to park in the street by the way) to spend time in Berkeley and in the Bay area. Breeze was very welcoming and reactive. We would recommend the place.

I can’t say enough great things about Christine. We had a fantastic stay. We were there to help our daughter who had just had a baby. Christine was extremely accommodating. The place was very clean and I appreciated how she anticipated everything we might want or need. She addressed every detail. Extremely responsive. I’d highly recommend her place! We definitely plan to stay there when in the area next.

Comfortable stay, within walking distance to great shops and restaurants

Our stay was perfect for a quick trip to San Francisco. The Ashby BART is an easy 12 minute walk. Indigo and Kit are very welcoming and responsive. The home is beautiful, comes with gorgeous views and a very peaceful backyard. We enjoyed having breakfast and our coffee on the deck. My husband loved the colorful sheets, towels, and home. We'd definitely love to stay again.

Urban oasis is the perfect description for this residence. So quiet. Restful, verdant backyard patio (blooming Angel Trumpets were heavenly scented!), sweet dogs and comfortable and attractive furnishings. Was able to cook my breakfast every morning and easily heat up leftovers with well-outfitted kitchen and high-end appliances. Loved how eco-friendly the home is. Murphy bed in the living room was perfect. Walkable restaurants nearby - esp. Homeroom's mac & cheese! Loved everything about this place. We will definitely stay here again when visiting relatives nearby.

This was our 2nd time staying at Lili’s place. She was so kind to let us check in early so my husband could work remotely. The place is conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

Great stay at Liz’s place for family of 3. Perfect location for UC Berkeley and Rockridge. Apartment is as described. Nice walk into town with short steep incline. Beautiful deck and fully stocked. We hosted a small graduation barbecue and Liz was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. If you have trouble with steps this is not the place for you.

Ruby's place is exactly as advertised - very comfortably appointed, walkable to some of my favorite spots in Berkeley, and the private garden seating area just outside the double-kitchen doorway was simply beautiful. I will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

Great little place on a quiet part of Market street. Elizabeth set us up with some pretty great massages. The fire pit is must get if you stay here. Evenings out there were fantastic. Hot tub was icing on the cake.

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Amy met me to give me the keys and walked me through the condo to explain everything. It was a very personal approach. She also reached out to me the first morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything was spotless and very high end. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the patio. I would highly recommend Amy's place to anyone looking for a base to enjoy San Francisco. I intend to stay again the next time I need a place in San Francisco for a few days.

Loved staying at Virginia’s place. It was exactly as described and very convenient. Virginia met us earlier than check in time and allowed us to store our luggage until we were able to check in. She was very helpful. The view from the kitchen area was fabulous. A truly great apartment I would thoroughly recommend staying here and would stay again if visiting North Beach.

Perfect place to stay in Alameda with young kids! Kimberly’s condo had a pack and play, highchair, and even toys for my young children to play with. The walk in closet was a great space to put the pack and play to add some separation for nap and overnight sleep. Would definitely stay here again.
