Steps from historic Pt Richmond markets, cafes, galleries, and restaurants it's near local beaches and hiking trails as well as San Francisco, Berkeley, and Sonoma's wine country. A pleasant Bay breeze cools and comforts guests. We live on site with a separate entry and are glad to answer questions.

The waterfront, restaurants, and USS Hornet are a short distance from our home. Our patio is a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We are dedicated to making your stay comfortable. Pet fee: $150/pet. We also have an electric charger on property which can be used for $0.40/kWh. Welcome!

We have some of the best weather in the country and create wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy it. We live next door. Excellent walking neighborhood with easy public transit. The cottage is minutes from downtown SF (only 12 miles drive.) Long term guest are the best, so feel free to inquire. House accommodates two comfortably... Come chill!

Two room in-law suite with private entry, private bath and kitchenette. Deck entry overlooking Temescal Creek and towering 100 year old coastal Redwoods. Shared garden across the bridge. Walk to Lake Temescal and Montclair Village. Easy, quick access to Hwys 13 and 24. Short drive to UC Berkeley, Mills College and California College of the Arts, the Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto, and Oaklands many fine restaurants. Some small dogs accepted, no large dogs, and no cats due to allergies.
