Great location, very friendly staff and very clean apartment with everything you need. The only thing is the general maintenance of the building, which is very neglected, but that is more about the general building than the accommodation itself.

First, I want to say that it was very easy to get to the location. Once we got there we were greeted by Raquel. She was so nice and professional. She helped our check in go smoothly. The condo was clean and just as pictured. We had everything we needed. From the kitchen to downstairs in the bedroom. We felt very safe and enjoyed the fact that it was quiet. Everyone we encountered was very nice. We had so many stores near by that were walkable. We ordered pizza one night and had no prob with the delivery. Got a drink from the bar by pool and enjoyed some relaxation time. We walked by the beach & took amazing photos for the memories. We had the mall right across the street if you enjoy shopping. We loved the fact that it was very easy for our pick ups when we were out and about on our tours. Eduardo was very responsive and his instructions were very clear. I wish I could’ve just stayed & live there as I found it a home away from home. Cant wait to be back!!! Yuumbotik!!!

We enjoyed our stay here! We booked last minute and everything was ready and even was available for early check-in that day if needed. The location is very nice along the north part of the Hotel zone with easy access to restaurants along the strip or in the city. The grounds are beautiful, not too big and so the pool was very close, and the beach was just past it! The beach was as others describe- very calm, shallow for a long ways and perfect for little ones or relaxing in the water! There are designated swimming areas marked off. This is a two bedroom hotel room and, like others have mentioned, the entrance opens into the first room. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and there are doors separating each space. There is a door separating these rooms to the unit next door, which you can hear very easily through. Everything was clean, no bugs, and water pressure was good. The shower is a rain shower head, which may be why some have noted lower water pressure.

Every thing & everyone were super! Condo is very nice & comfy! Great location, the view is amazing. Private but also had the amenities of the property (great restaurants on site, bellmen, tour arrangements in lobby & store for basic needs ). We spent our anniversary & my husband’s birthday here for 7nights. We’re pleasantly surprised by hosts on our special occasion. So much to see & do so close by! Larger grocery just a bus stop away. Pool & beach chairs always were always available. Great security on site 24/7. The bed was amazingly 🥰so very comfortable (and I am picky). The air conditioning was super! Trust me, central ac is a must in Mexico!! (for me anyways) and I am from a hot/humid climate in the USA. The washer/dryer was a nice plus as well ! I have been coming to Areas in Mexico for 30 years and would highly recommend this condo!! Would definitely come back. Thank you Juan & Edith for making our vacation one to remember 😘😘.

The accommodation is extremely well located and very safe. There is constant security in front of the entrance, and several rounds are carried out regularly. We felt safe the whole time! When we arrived, the place was clean. When we had small problems, the host responded very quickly and solved the problem in seconds. Communication was great. The beds are comfortable, the views are breathtaking, and even the other residents are very respectful and kind. We highly recommend this accommodation, and it will certainly not be our last time!

Roberto’s place was just as described. Beautiful view from the balcony, comfortable bed, and everything you would need for a relaxing time. It’s in a quieter part of the Hotel Zone and perfect place to unwind. We felt like we were coming to our own little private space at the end of the day even though it’s in a condominium complex. It does get loud outside in the pool area during the day, but very peaceful at night.

Wow, I can’t say enough about this place. If you’re looking for rest and relaxation good food, beautiful views, friendly people then this is the place for you. My husband and I loved Lydia‘s place. We would highly recommend to couples families their pet friendly. Just an awesome space. We can’t wait to come back !

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Diego was very responsive to my questions and very helpful with scheduling tours. The place had plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out! We did 1 day of all inclusive as we were out exploring Cancun but it was good… typical food of an all inclusive resort. Diego coordinated our transportation which was easy to locate our driver and communicated on what’s app and air bnb messaging. We used the provided cooler and beach towels (remember you are not a guest in the hotel so you cannot use their towels) for our pool and beach days. The washing machine was not working for our stay and we packed to reuse some clothes so that was a bummer but hopefully that gets fixed soon. The dryer worked well for our wet clothes. Bring some ear plugs or use an app for white noise at night because the fans for ac unit and streets are noisy. I would recommend adding some box fans in the unit if possible. Overall a great stay.. would definitely go back! Great team!

We stayed here Easter weekend for family vacation with our 3 college age kids. The home is beautiful and comfortable. View is amazing. Location was perfect for exploring. Octavio was very responsive and shared recommendations,

Where to begin! The pictures don't do it justice. Amazing Villa/apartment. The guards very helpful and attentive, clean big spacious and the AC worked great! Just loved it

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

This place was great. I was there with 12 of my best friends and everything worked out perfect staying at Daniel’s place; the house was a great size and the location was very convenient! We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the pool at the house was perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend!

We were warmly welcomed and attended to at all times. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was exceptional at all times, and the beach was extraordinary. The area is very safe and peaceful. There’s a bus stop close to the house, with buses passing by frequently—public transportation is excellent. Also nearby is the dock that can take you to Isla Mujeres, another beautiful beach. There are also small markets and places to eat close to the house. I highly recommend this home and definitely plan to return.

This has been by far my favorite vacation. The house is beautiful, the area is safe and peaceful. I highly recomen it. Be aware there is construction nearby.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs on three continents and this was the best. Beautiful terrace with a BBQ and plunge pool literally 4 steps from the beach. The 4 bedrooms and beds are all massive and with their own bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need with a huge double fridge freezer. Plenty of paring in a private gated villa complex with a security guard. Ivanna was an excellent host who responded very quickly to anything we asked and gave lots of local tips, especially restaurants. I would highly recommend.

Unit was exactly as described and included all amenities. Very spacious, nice balcony with a beautiful view at sunset. Had no issues with hot water. Host had sunscreen and bug spray for guests to use during their stay - a very nice touch. The rooftop area and pool are absolutely amazing, with a gorgeous view!

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

We wanted a place that had a little more activity and this was perfect. Coco Bongo was right next door, along with many other nightclubs. The condo building was right on the beach and the view spectacular. The beach in front of the condo was a little rough but you could walk down the beach where there is an area protected by a jetty that was more calm. There is a bus stop in front of the building and the bus came along every few minutes making it easy to get up and down the hotel zone. This was the condo for us and we really enjoyed it.

Loft with access to a very nice beach, the pool is very nice and having the restaurant right there was very useful, everything was very tasty. One advantage was having the hotel's laundry service at an extra cost. The proximity to the airport helped a lot to avoid complications when leaving, and the city center can be reached easily and cheaply by public transport. Although the beach has a lot of waves, it has areas where you can be without problems, and the loft is close to other public beaches. Mariana always answered quickly and politely and resolved questions and requests very well. Thank you very much for everything

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

Excellent place, the view is spectacular from the apartment's balcony, the reception service and the cleanliness is fantastic, my only drawback is that there was a coffee maker but there was no coffee, apart from that everything is wonderful.
