i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

The place is spectacular, you feel like you're at home. There is everything you need to rest, have fun and the pool is around the corner from the house. Definitely a very quiet and private place. We'll be back.

Lorena’s place is great. It’s not close to the tourist area but is surrounded by lots of restaurants and things to do. It’s located 20 min away from the airport and very safe being inside a gated community. Very clean and neat. Thank you Lorena for your hospitality.

We stayed here Easter weekend for family vacation with our 3 college age kids. The home is beautiful and comfortable. View is amazing. Location was perfect for exploring. Octavio was very responsive and shared recommendations,

Claudia, she was very kind and attentive to us, she was on the lookout, she oriented us with certain doubts, the apartment was really cozy, with all the amenities, we felt right at home, it was like about 35 minutes from the hotel area, but I had several supermarkets nearby, I also had many tickets to get to the condominium, we spent Christmas and new year and had the detail of bringing us a memory (wine, treats, chocolates, etc.) I had everything we needed. The truth we are coming back without a doubt!!!

Excellent apartment. The location for us was the best, the facilities are new and well maintained. Not much noise. They accept pets, which was very important to us. Thank you very much Mike for your excellent service. I highly recommend it.

Honest review so there are no surprises: 5 stars because Nico was responsive and very accommodating and we made the best out of our experience. The place is hard to find - we had to ask around in order to find the place but once we were there, it was fine. The cleaners are wonderful. There is an ant issue but Nico had the cleaners come asap to eliminate the infestation. You yourself can not use the wash/dryer and the cleaners take your clothes & wash them for you elsewhere. The AC is not the best but we weren't suffering in heat. The pool and kitchen are the two highlights of the house. It is within a 5 minute walk of a mini mart which also sells alcohol and its a nice area for a jog. The gate keeper / security were great and also helpful so utilize them. If you don't speak Spanish, just use Google translate. The internet didn't work the last day but we didn't complain because we had our Hotspots and were leaving that day anyways. Overall, it was a memorable stay for a large group.

Amazing!!! We had a blast great memories the family will share. The rooms upstairs are really well separated so it provides a sense of privacy for the families staying together. Host was amazing !

Thank you very much Lau, we went with a group of children and they had an amazing time, the rooms are comfortable and all have air conditioning so as not to die of heat, the place is downtown and Lau and Andre were always attentive and helped us with what we needed.

Alfonso's house is very nice, spacious, and very comfortable. The truth is, it's like the beach house that everyone would like to have. It's in a quiet area and there are many places like restaurants, squares and shops very close by. It's very easy to get there and the directions to get there were very clear.

Place needs significant upgrades before anyone else goes there. Hopefully Roy will get everything fixed and up to date so people don't go through what I did

Second time I've stayed with Alicia, very happy to have chosen her, I'll be back soon!

I can't say enough how much I enjoy staying at Gerardo's. He's always friendly and helpful. The apartment is absolutely wonderful and comfortable. it just has a really great vibe. This was my third stay at the tropical jungle Oasis. The location is wonderful there are so many things close by the neighborhood is safe and the whole apartment complex is absolutely charming. As for the price, you can't beat it. I feel like I got way more than I paid for. I will definitely stay again the next time I return to Cancun.

Super energy, great stay The description of the directions was great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The place was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt immediately comfortable. The view is awesome, but also the flair of the back of the house, so I liked the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water available and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to make a big purchase. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, great. At night, it was loud on the beach: people, music and motorcycle shows. It's only fair to mention this for people who are light sleepers. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. Beach directly at the door as well as restaurants, market

The complex was amazing, Luis Ernesto was responsive at all times, the house was really cozy and clean, nice view to the swimming pool too, the only downside was there were quite a lot of ants and we had to get insecticide to spray around every now and then because of my toddler, apart from that everything was amazing
