Townhome vacation rentals in Benito Juárez

Germans Airbnb was very nice. We were a group of 9 people there together and the place was perfect for that and everything was as described in the pictures. We came a bit early but was able to put out bags in the house and then go out to the city again. He was very helpful with early check-ins. Very close to the beach and with the bus you could easily get around to see different things. The were a few little hiccups with the shower and toilet downstairs, the cleaning of the rooms and the AC. But German was very good at responding immediately and was very helpful with everything to make sure the problems were fixed. Overall a great expereince in Germans house.

This is by far the best property on Airbnb that I stayed in, impeccable with clean, with a lot of style, many nice details, very well located and the cherry on the cake are the hosts Maria and Pablo, you usually don't have the opportunity to meet them or you know one of them, but I had the pleasure of meeting them and enjoying their company.

Staying in Isabel's house was really great! She is positive person, likes talking with guests, and is very helpful too. You can feel really good in the house, it is beautifully decorated, and also is located in very secure neighborhood. Highly recommended!

i'm so happy to find Maria. She speaks multiple languages. She can help from a distance. She is very nice. Her house is really and all rooms are air-conditioned. Very secure space for families or alone you don't have to worry.

My birthday stay at Pedro's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The place was clean and incredibly comfortable. From the moment I booked, Pedro was an exemplary host, proactively sending all the necessary information for a super smooth check-in. It made our arrival completely stress-free, which was exactly what we needed for a special occasion. Beyond the property itself, Pedro was also incredibly helpful and accommodating with every request we had. He really went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend his place and would give him a five-star review without hesitation!

Very beautiful home with fancy accent lighting and marble all over. Very clean and good communication from the host. The pool was nice with shade options for the peak sun hours. Most of the recliner chairs were broken but the private roof top balcony had very nice recliner and chair options. And just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. There is some road noise by the pool/outside. But also means it’s a quick walk to restaurants nearby.

We loved the house ! It already has a mini-split in rooms and living room. The pool is super nice. Everything is clean, tidy and with necessities. If necessary, bring a car. There is nearby Soriana, meals, pharmacy, Oxxo etc.

We had a large family vacation so we rented a few villas and Steves unit (#29) was by far the best. The rooms had curtains that could make the room dark, sound proof too - sound did not travel. The kitchen is well stocked and updated. Irma made Steves Villa the best! Use her! She is an excellent cook and shopped for us so the frig was stocked before we arrived. She cleans up after her cooking - all for a very nominal fee. VERY worth it! She cleans daily! We had grandchildren; some were water safe, some were not. The child’s pool is perfect, very shallow for our 18 months olds to walk and enjoy. It was connected to the “adult pool” and kids could go back and forth. There a locked gate leading to the beach so small children can’t even get to the beach without an adult. Lifeguard on duty. The views are spectacular! The grassy area is well kept, rare in Cancun and added to the beauty and space for children to play. We are already planning to return. HIGHLY recommend Steve’s Villa!

Amazing Airbnb stay, between Maya and Lori they were both super attentive. The host was so kind she came by introduced herself to my family and gave us a welcome tour. She showed us how to work everything in the house. Lori also provided clean filtered water for us as well. The house felt safe with the security cameras on the outside . Huge bathrooms and closets , floors were extremely clean . Everything was top tier . Lori was so kind to me she even took me to get breakfast and helped me translate with the waiter . 10/10 stars I would definitely book again .

We returned from our trip very satisfied with the accommodation. The house is very spacious and comfortable, the cleanliness is 10/10 and the hosts are always super attentive and friendly. A comfortable house in a safe neighborhood. It is well equipped with everything you could need. Antonio was helpful and responsive with his communications despite the language difference (AirBnb's built in translation function is quite good). Only a short drive to nearby restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, and about 20 minutes to the airport or to the beach.

I recommend this accommodation option as it has good facilities, bathroom, kitchen, sofa, television, bed and pool, the host is very friendly, the laughter is in a very central place, for easy travel ( walking 4-6min from the ADO bus station and 6-7 min from the local bus station) and one block away there are restaurants or local food stalls.

Excellent location, around the apartments there are many places to eat, pharmacies, convenience stores; and it was quite close to many places by car (between 5-15min away to most tourist areas) James was very communicative, I would recommend him to my family and friends who visit Cancun.

The room was tiny, but cozy and clean, just fine for a stay over before we took the train the next morning to Campeche. Vero, our host, was especially gracious and went out of her way to be helpful. Authentic Mexican experience and great place to stay on a modest budget.
