Vacation rentals with beach access in Benito Juárez

The stay was excellent. Everything was clean, well equipped and as shown in the pictures. The hosts were quick and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Villas Marlin was fantastic! Having a breathtaking ocean view from every room was so relaxing! This is an awesome location that is walking distance from a grocery store, two wonderful malls, a pharmacy, many fabulous restaurants, coffee shop, and a mini market for cold drinks on those hot days. The beach is clean and beautiful and we loved the refreshing pools when we needed to be in the shade for a while. Juan Carlos was very available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this wonderful Cancun retreat!!

The apartment is very well equipped and practical. The kitchen is beautiful and all the amenities are of good quality. Keep it up

Beautiful home away from home ,and amazing view from the ocean,not far way to the restaurants and it’s only 2min away walk to the beach 🏖️ 🏝️. Anytime we called him or text he was available, two swimming pools in complex one of them is top of restaurant and another one is on side of the beach 🏖️. And it’s not even far away from Cancun airport. Best vacation ever 🏖️🏝️

Good host, lots of information/instructions and quick response. Nice place, we stayed there with 1 baby and 1 child of 4. We thought it was doable. Space is not very large, but sufficient. Equipped with everything you need and looks beautiful! Wonderful swimming pool and fine beach. Excellent value for money!!

Magali and her father were very welcoming and helpful. They respond quickly to our questions. We enjoyed the spring water at will so no need to go and buy it every day. However, this place overlooks Del-Nino beach and is a gathering place for people so a little noisy until the early hours of the morning. The condo is comfortable but a little old-fashioned. I recommend this condo. The hosts are very kind and helpful. Magali took care of our departure to the airport.

Simply spectacular. I had read a negative comment that made me doubt, but I decided to rent it because of the location, price and photos... and I'm so glad I did!!! The apartment is impeccable, smells delicious, is very tastefully decorated and has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. The cleanliness is a 10: everything was bright, the mattresses are impeccable and very comfortable, and the place is so quiet that you can't hear anything at all. I slept like never before, the room has a huge TV with access to several apps, a total plus. The bathroom is beautiful, it smells delicious and every detail is lovingly cared for. The kitchen is super-equipped, and upon arrival there were complimentary drinks: a nice touch that is very much appreciated. Natty is a sweetheart and makes sure you have an unforgettable stay. The truth is, I regret not staying more nights. I highly recommend it, don't be swayed by the bad comment, it doesn't reflect anything about this place!!!

Excellent hosts, they were always attentive, the house was clean and just as described and as shown in the photos. They gave us many recommendations and directions on how to get to the places. My family and I thank you very much for your attention and kindness. I would definitely recommend it to my acquaintances and we would come back. Thanks for everything. 😊

Great accommodation that matches the photos and description exactly. Hosts were available and accommodated us for our checkout time. Easy communication. I would recommend this place which is a short walk to a great beach and offers the pool a few meters from the place.

This place was great. I was there with 12 of my best friends and everything worked out perfect staying at Daniel’s place; the house was a great size and the location was very convenient! We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the pool at the house was perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Okay: * Location, amenities and utensils in general * Very agile check-in and check-out process. * Room size and habitability (even if the view is partial to the sea). * Communication with Diego and willingness to help very remarkable! * Overall, the studio is nice and does the job, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, you can rest very well! * I really applaud that they are 100% pet friendly! Thank you for staying up to date and serving guests with this need and taste! To improve: * Air conditioning cannot be regulated * Hot water takes a long time to come out (a lot of water is wasted because of it) * Outside noise in general (for sensitive people, it can be difficult to sleep because you can hear cars on the avenue and some fans that work 24 hours a day). It didn't affect me, but it's something to consider. * The dryer, blender, stove, refrigerator and a/c already require maintenance or renovation. * The insistence of vendors * The cost of the daypass or breakfast pass is very expensive, I did not use it.

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo in Cancún! The unit was clean, well-appointed, and offered stunning views. The location is super convenient—right across the street from the ferry to Isla Mujeres, which made exploring the area a breeze. The private rooftop was a definite highlight—such a relaxing space to soak in the surroundings. The rooftop pool area is also lovely and a great spot to unwind. Eric, the owner, was very communicative and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and well-located spot in Cancún!
