Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Beechworth

Our families had a lovely weekend away, a beautiful property with plenty of room for us all to either be together or have some space to ourselves. We appreciated the fireplace and bedroom heaters being on and keeping the rooms warm for our arrival, and found the beds super comfortable. The kids (and adults!) loved the garden and many books to browse, exploring the paths outside and admiring the views and well tended to plants. Plenty to do in the area, going into town, visiting Beechworth and Autumn really puts on a show. Overall, very happy with our visit and highly recommend. Thanks Renee!

We absolutely loved staying at John’s places. The pod was extremely clean and just had the most wonderful smell as soon as you walked in. The location is was superb and a 5 minute walk to the town centre. We would absolutely stay here again if we were passing through Myrtleford. Highly recommend!

Great location and great fireplace and pit, close to Beechworth, an interesting bathroom design a little chilly bit i admired the architecture and if you like minimalist space this is great ], great host help us oldies with the oven an accommodating on the firewood, true representation in the pictures, a beautiful weekend

We absolutely loved our 3 days in this beautiful old bank that has been lovingly converted into a 3 bedroom home. The longe and dining are was beautiful and the fire places added to the ambiance. It’s the best position being in the middle of town. There are 3 amazing boutiques outside our front door for those loving to find something different. Maz was a beautiful host, we would 100% recommend a stay here.

Great house in a private location off a slip road. Very close & easy walking to the lovely little town of Yackandandah. It has a great hotel, a good supermarket, pharmacy, cafes etc. Everything at the house was as described or better. Good kitchen with plenty pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Host provided bread, milk & eggs and there were cereals, jams, salt, pepper, oil and more. We used the main bedroom and it was roomy and the bed comfy. Our 2 small dogs loved the yard and slept in their dog beds in the large laundry. We would definitely return and happily recommend the house to others looking to visit Yackandandah.

Loved the vintage charm of this place! The host has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Five ⭐👏

Geoffrey’s place was lovely and we think it’d be great for families looking for a retreat. Groceries could easily be resupplied at Mansfield and Mt Buller was also a short drive away. Would totally revisit if we get the chance and definitely recommend it to family and friends looking to reconnect with nature :)

Fantastic, well-equipped airbnb that has pretty much everything travellers need. The place has a relaxing vibe and is very comfortable and clean. It is perfect for both work and leisure activities. Being a light sleeper, it does take a while to get used to the sound of cars going past (there's not much traffic late night but does start quite early in the morning). That being said, this place is still one of top airbnbs I've been to.

We had a relaxing week at the "Shearer's Hut" quiet and beautiful scenery.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment. The location was amazing — peaceful and the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. We were greeted with such a cosy atmosphere: the heater was already on when we arrived and soft music was playing, which made it feel instantly welcoming. We felt right at home. The key was easy to find, and everything about check-in was smooth and simple. We really appreciated the little touches throughout the home — the chocolate on the bench was a sweet surprise — and especially the comfortable bed, which made for a great night’s sleep! We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

A perfect space for the three of us to say a few nights. Clean, tidy, and set up with everything we needed, and the hosts were great. Take note that the bed is a double so if you are used to a bigger bed it can feel snug (I was sharing with my daughter and it was quite cosy, but doable). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would stay again!

Cassandra was unreal. Small studio apartment and gave guidance as to where to eat and get a coffee etc. Fantastic. Loved my stay, was very lucky to have had this booked last minute.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Mary’s place. The apartment had everything we needed - from the super comfy bed and sofa, to all the kitchen amenities, as well as the high quality shampoo and hair conditioner that kept my hair very smooth even during winter times. I got to enjoy a nice cup of coffee every morning before hitting the slope as there’s a nespresso machine (there’s even cocoa powder provided to put on top of my coffee!!). From every little details, you could tell how much thoughts the host has put into designing this apartment. Location is perfect as well as it’s right at the centre of Hotham Central. Also, Mary is a super friendly and helpful host, very responsive whenever we needed help. We would love to stay here again.

Had a great stay here with a group of friends for a ski weekend in Mt Hotham. The place is so well set up, very spacious and the fire was going when we arrived. Kitchen has everything you need, big comfy couches and warm heaters throughout. Location is great, can easily walk to the shops or pub. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay for backpackers. The location is very close to the Razorback trailhead where we hiked for a day. There is a nice view of Mt. Feathertop from the unit's terrace. Complete with amenities and kichenette. 2-3 minutes drive up to the town where there's a lot of restaurants and shops. Will definitely come back here for our Mt. Bogong trip next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Renja’s apartment. The place was clean, tidy and comfortable, perfect for our weekend at Falls Creek. Renja was a great host, very responsive and provided clear instructions.

Had a lovely stay, Mary was wonderful to communicate with. Had trouble finding the place until we went in & read the how to find (I just hadn’t read it prior). We had everything we needed.
