Dan’s place was perfect for our family! The location was wonderful. It was tucked away on a charming neighborhood road, but still had the train station literally a few steps away. This was so handy for catching the train into London in only 20 minutes. The home had charm and modernity. Plus Dan and his family had left little touches to welcome us for our stay. The home was also very clean and beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

We were in Bromley to visit family and Matt’s place was perfect for our family. The sleeping arrangements are comfortable and the living area with full ceiling skylights is a pleasant space to relax. It was nice having a door to seperate the living space from the bedrooms in the early morning and evening while our kids were sleeping.

Really enjoyed our stay with our two little dogs who settled and were quickly at home. They especially loved walking in the parks nearby. The place is lovely and like a Tardis, small at first but bigger and bigger inside! Bedrooms were lovely and comfortable and the bathroom also lovely with a fantastic bath and separate shower.

We spent a week in Gina's and Lewis' home with my family. Everything was as expected. Gina even organized us an extra mattress for the music room, so that each of us had his own bedroom. The location is perfect, it is very quiet, and there is a frequent train connection to London Bridge and London Charing Cross stations within less than 10 minutes walking distance. As we arrived with our own car, the possiblity to park directly in the driveway was a very comfortable extra. Communication with Gina was easy and they answered our questions without delay. I'll certainly check the availability again if we are traveling to London another time and can highly recommed this house!

We had an amazing stay at Al and Faiza. Felt at home and had everything we needed in the property. Faiza was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend their place and we hope to come back next time we are in London. The place is close to the shopping center and parking is fairly easy around the property

Estefania made our 3 week stay so enjoyable. She was very responsive to all our questions and helpful in getting extra items that we required to make our stay 100% perfect. The location was so peaceful and we loved hearing the chimes of the church bells. The local pubs are within walking distance and very nice to visit. Thank you for everything 🤩

Dean is very responsive and accommodating regarding departures and arrivals, the accommodation is as described, the accommodation is located close to restaurants and supermarkets.

We had three very nice days on site. The apartment corresponded to the description and it was all the way we needed it. The apartment is a little away from London city center but easy to get to by public transport. Overall, we had a lovely stay :)

We spent a 9-day vacation in Lawrence's studio. We found it clean, the linen very clean and fragrant. Maximum availability at check-in and check-out. Excellent privacy because the studio has an independent entrance. To reach London there are 2 train stations that arrive in the center of London at 2 different stations. We recommend getting the Oyster card to save on the cost of transportation. Bromley North is in zone 4. Bromley South is in zone 5. Convenient supermarket. Several restaurants in the village. Excellent value for money. Recommended!!

Sidra's place is perfectly situated in a pleasant and peaceful suburb in Penge, it was so nice and quiet in the evenings and the bed was so comfy, we got excellent sleep. Everything was clean and tidy, and the apartment is really well equipped, it has a lived-in and well loved charm to it that made us feel right at home. Sidra is a wonderful host, she went out of her way to check if we needed anything during our stay and was very kind, informative and friendly. She made our experience even better and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! The location is also super handy for local transport links in and out of the city, while locally there are lots of lovely shops, pubs and restaurants to check out. We loved our stay! :)

Stayed for birthday retreat was lovely and exactly what I needed to escape. Ig you too have arachnophobia, there was a lot of spiders in the conservatory and several in the flat. But there was also al lot of animals that frequented the garden so it was wonderfully to see them through the big glass doors. The kitchen was also well equipped. Host was lovely, would stay again.

Sam is an amazing host who is very easy to communicate with, had ensured that everything was at the best possible standard before and during our stay, and most of all, is very kind!! The place was clean and had everything that we needed to make our stay very comfortable, which included all listed amenities. The retro gaming decor added a cool touch to the place as well. Sam’s cat is very loveable and playful (and very cute)! Feeding instructions were clear and quite easy to follow. The photos on the place’s listing were accurate, apart from the kitchen which has recently been renovated; and hence look even better than before! Thank you so very much, Sam! 100% would have another stay here again!

Stayed here for 1 night as we were going to a concert at the O2. Excellent location for it, the bus goes from just round the corner straight to the venue. Very clean and everything you need for a short stay.

Lovely studio, just as described. . Short walk to East Croydon station making it easy to head into London or even off to Brighton for the day. Grocery nearby as well as plenty of food and entertainment options. Stephen was very helpful in leaving detailed information about the area and things to do. Very clean with all the amenities I needed. Very communicative. Not a single problem during my 7 night stay. Would definitely stay again!

Stuart’s house was lovely. We enjoyed having the whole space to ourselves. The tea, coffee, cookies etc was a nice welcome. The kitchen is well equipped and it was great being able to cook breakfast before setting out for the day. Stuart was also extremely responsive and was very kind in storing our luggage for a whole week while we travelled out of London. We would highly recommend this space. Thanks Stuart!

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

Overall a nice and clean appartement, had more or less everything you'd expect to need. Host was also proactive and friendly to communicate with. Would consider staying again when visiting the area.
