Vacation rentals with breakfast in Beckenham

The Loft was very private with great amenities, including a spacious bathroom. The view of London was spectacular! The coffee machine was also greatly appreciated. The locality is great with parks, cafes, shops and the bus stop and train station all nearby. Check in was easy to organise as Christine was very responsive. I would definitely recommend and will be returning for my next trip to London.

I had an absolutely lovely time at Shirley's! Shirley was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was lovely to stay with a host as a younger person traveling solo! The room was incredibly comfortable and well kept, the bread and fixings for breakfast were delicious, and it was so easy to get anywhere in London I wanted to go! Shirley was so kind, and I had a wonderful stay!

The house is good and everything inside is perfect….we really have a great time…

My sister and I loved staying at Moiras!! The room was extremely clean and very affordable. It was very easy to get into central London by train. She was a very responsible and friendly host. We enjoyed the flexible check-in and check-out times. She and her husband are fantastic people! I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends and family. I would without a doubt stay here again! 🩷

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

I would certainly endorse all the positive comments from previous reviews that add up to Simona being rated a super host. Very happy with my week's stay. Simona is a very chatty, naturally welcoming host whose company I very much enjoyed. The room I had was small but all that I needed for somewhere to sleep after spending most of the time out-and-about in London, while Simona's house is a well-lived in, homely space in a great location. It might come with the odd creak and groan from the floorboards and plumbing, but, hey, welcome to 'Wimpy/Barrett Britain!' Ultimately, it's the human touches that make travelling so compelling and I look forward to sharing a plate of pasta with Simona when next in Wapping. That's dependant on availability of course - there's good reason why Simona's is usually booked-up far in advance. Glad for having had this chance for an introduction. Cheers!

A fantastic place to stay, light and roomy and airy with everything we needed. Great location for where we were working and lovely space to spend time in when we weren't. The garden is gorgeous.

Miranda was very accommodating and helpful. Would recommend her to anyone.

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

It’s safe to say that this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had to date. It’s so nice when a host is responsive, but it’s even better when they are friendly, hospitable, and kind. Maxine has an amazing place to stay, and it’s especially a perfect place for those visiting a friend, or family member at goldsmiths university. Although the location is far from most areas in London, it’s not a problem using public transportation to get back at night. Along with the place being very nice, it has ample hot water and a great main bathroom, a nice living room, and one of the most comfortable beds. Along with all this good, Maxine also has fitted the bathroom with her own bath products, that include a great smelling shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I highly recommend this stay, for its cost, comfort, and amazing host, if you visit London.

We had a lovely short stay at Joanne's. The accommodation was spacious and spotless. Bedroom was quiet with no traffic noise. A great location with Hampton Court, local restaurants and shops all within an easy walk.

Vi and Charaf are friendly and responsive hosts and their cosy, clean and comfortable flat offers all the amenities you might need for an enjoyable "home away from home" experience in London's Chelsea neighborhood. Two added bonuses are that the flat is on a very convenient bus line that takes you all around town, and it is located above a premium grocery store where we could get all our various meal items that we needed for the week. We were very happy to stay here and all in all, we highly recommend this flat for your next London getaway!

I had an excellent stay at Gina’s London flat! Gina was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station, with easy access to all the city’s highlights. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. As a bonus, the views of The Shard and London Eye were spectacular! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

Davey’s place is in great location. Lots of grocery and restaurants. The apartment is right across from the DLR. The communication was excellent from the day of booking. His hospitality is top notch. I highly recommend his place!

It was a really nice stay for two. The separate sleeping arrangements and the tranquility were important to us! Exceptional were the breakfast foods provided, such as freshly baked bread, milk, cereals, coffee, tea, jam, fruit, yogurt, etc. The only disadvantage was that it is 1.5 hours from Heathrow (tube, train, bus), but we knew this beforehand and gladly accepted it.

We stayed in a total of 7 Airbnbs during this trip to Europe and were very satisfied. Hampstead was the last stop, and everything was better than we expected.The Host Deborah is the best Host we've ever met, warm and friendly, she personally picked us up from the station and took us home, and took a detour to introduce us to the food and fun in Hampstead, a beautiful neighborhood, and it's safe to walk at night. The room is bigger than the photos, we can spread two 28-inch suitcases at the end of the bed, the bed is clean, soft and very comfortable. There are two very cute dogs in the house, the little dog likes to sit on your lap, you can lie on the sofa and hug the dog to take a nap, it's really healing. I didn't want to leave after such a short stay.

Margaret and her husband, Morris are warm and welcoming. They both were very helpful. Margaret is responsible for their guests and she is very competent - right on top of things all the time. I found the quiet, comfortable space I was looking for. She provided a great breakfast and I enjoyed meeting them and chatting to them. Great stay.

I very much enjoyed staying at Jackie's garden apartment. She was helpful with suggestions. Breakfast dishes were always placed out for me. Her garden was a welcome haven after a long day of walking. She was informative and friendly. Everything you would want or expect in a host. Thank you, Jackie, for a wonderful stay!

Sonja’s BnB was perfect for what I wanted - just a single night stay to attend an event close by - and Sonja herself was helpful and polite and we had a lovely chat over breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Sandra is the ultimate hostess. Personable, accessible, kind. I can’t say enough about her rental, right up there with the best I’ve ever rented (and that’s many.) Spotless, expertly appointed. And such thoughtfulness around food and beverage provisions which means a lot when you’re tired and weary and dehydrated from a long travel. I will absolutely come back on any return trip to London.
