It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.

Mrs. Snjezana's accommodation was really nice and comfortable, clean and in a convenient location to reach the very fine beach of Lopar and the center for the evening, full of shops and attractions for children. The lady is really nice, on our arrival we found in the fridge a bottle of sparkling water, a juice and some very fresh beer, she also delighted us with a nice plate of grapes that is located just outside her veranda. On my baby's birthday she made us find a cake with plates and candles and balloons (she was super), she asked if there was a need to wash the clothes and finally she left us a gift. We recommend it and it is a place we would return to!

Since Damir lives right next door, the communication channels were short. Otherwise, everything was super clean and quiet. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be back.

We had a nice vacation, the room and kitchen are bright and spacious for three guests. Every room in the apartment is well equipped and super clean. Hosts are friendly and helpful. The room and the balcony have a beautiful view of the sea and the islands, we spent the mornings and evenings on the balcony - it was magical. The apartment is located in a quiet area, the beach can be accessed by stairs about 10 minutes walk. Parking on site. Great place to stay.

We arrived to Baška and were looking for apartment. Palmina answered in few minutes and we could immediately check in. The apartment is beautiful, it has heart and it's magic. I felt like in fairytale. Everything was clean. There is kitchen with full equipment, living room, bathroom and upstairs there is sleeping room with it's toilet. There is also terrace where you can sit, watch the sea and people walking through cute historical streets. If you close windows, you don't hear the noise. We loved it! and Palmina is such a nice person 🌞.

The accommodation was very pleasant, really, it is just a short walk from the beach where there is a lot of Restaurants and 7 minutes from the accommodation there is a big shop. The owners were very kind and helpful, and yet they didn't have laundry in the service so they washed our stuff. We can highly recommend!

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!
