Vacation rentals with breakfast in Bastia Umbra

This was an amazing place to stay! The house is very close to everything in Assisi. The rooms were spacious and private and very comfortable. Fabio and his mom were very friendly and covered the check-in in detail with lots of suggestions in the area and making sure we were taken care of well.

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

We had a 3 night's stay at Angela's place. We felt like home as soon as we arrived. It really is in a perfekt spot, out of the bedroom window a beautifull view but also very close to the city center. The hosts provied some welcome gifts and also some food for your first night there wich is very convenient. To get too the AirBnb can be quiet tricky but in my opinion it is not. Angela gave us clear instructions where to go and how to find and answerd quickly on our messages. We had a wonderfull stay there and would definitly recommend you Angela as an host for you stay in Perugia.

Beautiful house with two bedrooms and large living room. A perfect location for visiting Assisi. Extremely helpful and friendly host. I hope to go back. Absolutely recommended.

Kind and friendly host. The apartment is right in the historic center. The great convenience is the parking that the owners make available and then the breakfast that is served in the restaurant of Deborah's husband, "IL BACCANALE". We also had the opportunity to have dinner. I highly recommend it! The apartment is equipped with everything. Deborah was very kind in also providing us with salt and oil (very good!) We spent a wonderful week in Umbria, the perfect apartment for two people is really equipped with everything (it is the first time that we have found toothbrushes in the bathroom!!!)... very comfortable bed with two pillows, TV with Sky and Netflix... the garden in total safety is a must for those who, like us, travel with a medium-sized four-legged couple in tow (by the way, there are also bowls, cushions and mattresses available if you forget!)... The experience with Michela was very positive, because she was attentive, ready and caring... we can only recommend!!!

The house is very cozy and spacious. It is located in the center of Umbria and allows you to reach almost all the towns in the region in an hour at most. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed is comfortable, the area is very quiet. The double bathroom (one a service room) is very functional. The garden (with barbecue) is also nice, even though we didn't use it. A beautiful terrace can be used for outdoor dining in the summer. Great parking too. Andrea was always very kind and always responded to messages promptly.

We found this countryside property a real delight. Well worth the 20 minute drive from Assisi. It was centrally located for us to easy explore out to other areas in Umbria. The room was very comfortable in a very beautiful countryside setting. Our host, Sara was fantastic. We wouldn't have any hesitation to stay here on a future trip to Umbria.

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Monia is a fantastic host, she even personally kept a parking space in the local parking lot for us!! (it was a day of festivities in the city). The house was super cozy and clean, with beautiful photos of the traditional Festa dei Ceri di Gubbio. We only stayed for a short time and even thought about extending the visit by a day:) we definitely have to come back! Thank you so much, Monia, for everything!!

Amazing place with even more amazing hosts!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

We had a great time in Perugia, and the flat was amazing. The location was great and we were very comfortable. Mauro was very responsive, friendly and helpful. And thank you so much for the snacks, water and prosecco! Definitely recommend.

Great stay in this apartment about 20-25 minutes walk to downtown. Silvia is a very nice and friendly host who immediately tries to put you at ease and is very helpful in providing you with help if you are missing something in the house. The back garden is nice and can be used freely; great parking included in the reservation exactly in front of the building. Recommended

I loved this stay the location and the views are stunning. I was in the area for an event and I am very happy that I chose this Airbnb. Marco was very helpful and even suggested many recommendations around the area. I would stay again.

One of the best homes we've been to. The building in an old medieval tower with garden overlooking the lake, totally renovated and very comfortable inside. The room is beautiful and very clean, everything was perfect and very professional. Best of all, Monica's treatment, always attentive that we were at ease, picked us up at the station, gave us recommendations about the village and at the exit allowed us to leave our bags until the time of our train. Fantastic breakfasts, adapted to my gluten-free food needs. Thank you very much for everything, if we go back to the area we will stay here again definitely!

Their proactive communication and genuine hospitality made everything feel effortless and so much fun. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. I had a 5-star experience all around with this Airbnb. If you book a different place, you will be missing out on one of the best experiences possible in Perugia. Location: perfect - quiet street in the old town center. Host: so kind, accommodating, open to conversation, helpful, and actively involved in making your stay memorable. We had the most amazing stay here. The property and view is breathtaking. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and make you feel like you're staying at a hotel (but with a more home like comfort). Breakfasts are delicious, and they even give you an option to pick what you want to eat when you arrive. Coffee options are excellent! Better than 10/10! Would come back in a heartbeat.
