Ombretta s place was very beautiful. Super cute house with two bedrooms which was very comfortable for our family of 4 . She was available for check in and gave us recommendations, showed us the house and made us feel at home . All required amenities were there . Easily accessible to restaurants by car . Quiet neighbourhood. We were to visit Assisi so this was very convenient for us , about half n hr away . Totally recommend this place .

Maria is one of the best hosts I’ve had through Airbnb! She’s very responsive and helpful. We arrived late at night to a very clean space and a few sweet treats! She was super helpful with getting my friend’s purse back to her that she left behind at the place.

Daria’s listing was a wonderful reprieve from the heat and offered stunning views of the surrounding town and countryside. The space was very clean and very comfortable, and was an excellent place to relax. Daria’s mother was there to greet me during check-in and gave very clear instructions for how everything worked, and even helped me with my luggage. When I was there, the washing machine was unfortunately out of order, but Daria’s mother was extremely kind and did my laundry before returning it to my suite, already hung to dry. An overall lovely experience and a place I’d highly recommend!

We stayed at Franco's for 5 nights and had a great time. The accommodation is brand new and equipped with every comfort. It is located in a central but quiet location, close to trattorias and shops, a stone's throw from the basilica and the bus that leads to Assisi, on the "mattonata" which is the pilgrimage route to Assisi. It is also a great starting point for visiting the heart of Umbria: Perugia, Spoleto, Spello, Todi, and Foligno are a short distance away. Great value too. We highly recommend it and hope to return. Found ourselves in a bit of a dilemma as our plans had been thrown by a train strike. Robbie was our saviour. Lovely apartment, close to the station with everything you could need. Would definitely use again if I find myself in Perugia. Many thanks for everything Robbie.

Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available to answer questions. The kitchen equipment exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ferruccio. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, warm, and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and even helping us navigate the area like a local. His hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. If you’re planning a visit to Umbria, we can’t recommend this apartment – and Ferruccio as a host – highly enough. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Spello is a lovely place to stay if you would like to explore Umbria. Sonora was very friendly easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions of where to eat in Spello. I would recommend to family and friends

A very elegant and spacious apartment in a fabulous position with great views . Cristina is very engaged and a helpful host, fabulous communication. Bathroom was particularly spacious with great shower. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very spacious apartment with attention to details. We felt right at home. The hosts had also left some things for breakfast (including milk, jams, tarts, etc.) and for cleaning. We didn't have to think about shopping because the bare necessities were already there (such as coffee for the morning, hand soap, etc.). Personal hygiene kits were also stored in the bathroom, which were much appreciated. Fabio and Monica were very helpful, responsive and friendly. A very positive experience!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!

Being in the countryside, the presence of insects is normal, but some ants from the beams reached the bed covers. Otherwise, the apartment is very nice. Well-stocked kitchen area and cupboard with everything you need to cook. From this area it is very convenient to reach different places in the surroundings to visit them, it is recommended to shop in larger towns before arrival, especially if the stay is during holidays. The surroundings of the accommodation are very quiet, the noises come almost exclusively from the birds on the trees around the villa.
