Truly magical. We felt so blessed to find this place and to be here. Absolutely gorgeous. Our flight was delayed and we got lost and the owner waited until midnight to let us in. The house has everything you need. We had a wedding in the area and the house had a hair dryer and hair straighteners! The balcony is perfect and we cannot believe we were lucky enough to stay here. Thank you so much!

We loved our stay at Tiziana's Airbnb and would have been great to stay an additional day. The home is well equipped and the host is very kind. The center of montefalco is quite close and the views from the terrace are lovely.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

My son and I had a great stay in Federica’s house. It’s very spacious with great facilities including a balcony from the main bedroom and a very large garden which was great to sit out in. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, there was a large kitchen which all the necessary facilities and a few extra ones. We thoroughly recommend Federica’s home.

Sara and her family were great hosts, very kind and just great people! Their place was better that we could even imagine. Every morning we could spot deer walking across the valley, pheasants with fluttering sounds...Everything was serene and breathtaking. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Sara's family was beyond hospitable and very responsive to any questions. I am already writing this review with sadness at how much we miss this one-of-a-kind experience.

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

Ester’s place was absolutely amazing! I fell in love with the beautiful stone and wooden floors, and the Tuscan kitchen was a dream—filled with gorgeous dishes and high-quality cookware that made cooking a pleasure. The linens smelled so fresh and clean, and the furnishings struck the perfect balance between rustic charm and elegant style. Every little detail, from the artwork to the thoughtful touches throughout the house, added so much character. This was not one of those bare, minimalistic places—it felt curated and cozy, full of warmth and personality. Giovanni and Ester were incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. They reached out ahead of time to advise us to make reservations for Easter (which was a lifesaver!), helped arrange transportation, gave us fantastic local recommendations, and checked in to make sure we were doing well. We also really appreciated the welcoming bottle of prosecco, the breakfast treats, and the beautiful fresh oranges.

This space is an absolute GEM. A beautiful home with all amenities you’d need to feel taken care of an at peace. I don’t have words for how kind, helpful and accommodating Vittoria was before and during our stay. She is the perfect host. The space is very aesthetically pleasing, full of history and character. Huge spotless bathroom made me feel like a queen. Kitchen, living room and terrace all gorgeous and allowing for quiet, healing time at home in between day trips to all the amazing Umbrian towns and countryside. Vittoria gave us a tour/taste testing of her olive oil making. It was incredibly delicious, interesting, educational and beautiful. We bought a bunch of oil and homemade noodles to fly back with us for family and friends. Thank you so much for this beautiful property to rest at during our travels in Italy. The trails in and out of the olive groves, the grapevines covering the terrace out our back door and your wonderful caring heart, Vittoria, made our stay unforgettable:)

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

Chiara's house is in a truly beautiful area, surrounded by green hills, among olive trees and with a magnificent view. The accommodation itself is not lacking in anything: bathroom ok, kitchen with ample amenities, wifi, TV, efficient heating system, air conditioner for hot periods. It's not very big on its own, but with large outdoor spaces that make it priceless. For example, we had a very large veranda with a panoramic view that alone would be worth the trip. On the property, there is a way to leave the car comfortably, space for outdoor barbecue with a large covered table, a beautiful swimming pool with solarium, play area for children, soccer field among the olive trees and basically all the space you want surrounded by flowers and aromatic plants with a unique view. In the area, there are beautiful villages to visit and trails to explore. Add Orietta's friendliness, good wine and oil and I hope I've given you the idea.

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Cases Nucci was a magnificent place. The views are amazing. The history behind the property was so cool. Ricardo was so nice and helpful from checking in, recommendations, and showing us around. I would love to come back here again. What a hidden gem!

La Sentinella was a great value in my opinion. Our property in Amalfi charged us for an additional toilet roll but here everything was provided and the property was spectacular. Francesca was so friendly and responsive.

Monica is a host who is always available and ready to resolve any doubts. The accommodation is comfortable and the area where it is located allows you to visit nearby locations. Check-in and check-out instructions are simple and precise.

Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available to answer questions. The kitchen equipment exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

My husband and I just spent a wonderful week at Claudia’s place in Spello. The apartment is beautiful, just as shown in the pictures, with everything you could need and a very comfy bed and an excellent shower. Situated on one of Spello’s ubiquitous picture perfect alleyways near the bottom of town, a convenient, short walk to the station and the supermarket. Anya was amazing; a lovely, friendly lady who is super quick to respond to any queries. She organised a taxi from and to Perugia airport for us (a great help as taxis are sparse in Spello!) and recommended the beautiful hike along the Roman aqueduct to the delightful hamlet of Collepino; a highlight of our trip! I would thoroughly recommend Claudia’s place and very much hope to make a return visit myself!

Great accommodation for visiting the nearby and famous places of the region. Monica was really kind and professional, ensuring that everything, from the stay to communication to check-in, went off without a hitch. A recommended experience!

We had an amazing stay at Laura’s place! We felt like at home. The house is very clean, beautifully renovated and very comfortable for a family or 3 couples, the location is perfectly located for exploring Umbria (& beyond). Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant etc are very close to the house. Most importantly Laura & her family are wonderful hosts, We hope to return one day to this beautiful place - grazie mille!

Maria is one of the best hosts I’ve had through Airbnb! She’s very responsive and helpful. We arrived late at night to a very clean space and a few sweet treats! She was super helpful with getting my friend’s purse back to her that she left behind at the place.

Our stay at the Limonaia exceeded all expectations!!! It is an incredibly beautiful home with a gorgeous view and in a great location. There are tons of amenities and the house is very comfortable. Francesca was the kindest, most responsive host, attentive to every possible need and question that we had. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Francesca!!!

Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Spello is a lovely place to stay if you would like to explore Umbria. Sonora was very friendly easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions of where to eat in Spello. I would recommend to family and friends
