Partially newly renovated apartment in villa in quiet area. A few minutes walk from the beach and hiking trails. Private entrance, patio and private part of garden. 10 minutes walk from the railway station and buses to the city center which is 3 km away. 200 meters from Kattegattleden for bike. The apartment is 40 sqm and has a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has a double bed 140cm wide and there is a single extra bed in separate room.
