Relax with the whole family in this modern home. The house was built in 2023, a semi-detached house with a private patio and proper sound insulation. Two spacious double bedrooms and a slightly smaller one with an 80 cm bed, which can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped kitchen and nice social areas. The house is located on a plot adjacent to the beach. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the balcony or on the beach, which is just a few minutes away. Grocery store and restaurants are located in the nearby area!
