Charming cottage in cozy Malen, in the middle of Båstad About 200m to the beach and to the shop with a quiet location. Approx: 35 sqm, kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Bedroom 1: 2 single bed, bedroom 2: bunk bed (2 seats) and also sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchen there is a stove, fridge, microwave. The cottage belongs to the patio on the South side facing the street, bounded by the apple trees. Please respect that the rest of the property does not belong to the rental. Smoking not allowed.

The house can be used both in winter and in summer. At the front, you'll find a terrace with a stunning view. There's also a more sheltered patio in the back. The house has an open plan with, among other things, kitchen/fireplace and relaxation corner. On the 2nd floor there are bedrooms and a cozy living room with TV.

The house is located in a quiet and rural location near the center of Båstad (car 3 min/walk 20 min). The interior is bright Scandinavian with generous areas for socializing and relaxing. The sheltered courtyard in the southwest offers several places for meals, cooking, sun and rest. The garden to the east has a large grassy area for play and games and a breakfast area. The house was designed by Mima architects and was built in 2019. It was nominated for Båstad's architecture award in 2020.

Ni har egen del av vår trädgård med uteplats och grill. Parkering finns på vår uppfart. Det finns ett litet kök ned kyl och frysfack.

Wonderful farmhouse 4 km just outside Båstad. The farmhouse is located on a farm with Icelandic horses in a fantastic environment with beech forests. The house has a sleeping loft with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed for 2 people. Nice living room with kitchen and fireplace. Large, spacious patio in all directions with outdoor furniture and Weber gas grill. Hiking, horseback riding and cycling trails are available in the area.
