Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. Our bright basement apartment is furnished in a family-friendly manner. The vacation rental is in the idyllic village of Bastorf. Bastorf lies between the Baltic Sea resorts Kühlungsborn and Rerik, away from the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea baths. The landscape invites you to take long walks. Enjoy the beautiful view from the lighthouse Buk while enjoying an ice cream or a piece of cake at Café Valentin. We are looking forward to hearing from you and welcoming you as our guests.

There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.
