Vacation rentals with a patio in Barrie

Susan and Ken are awesome, friendly, professional hosts. They have a clean cozy, homely loft overlooking their tranquil beautiful garden perfect for longer stays. They went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable even added an umbrella in the patio outside for my husband to have a smoke without getting drenched in the rain. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Perfect for our overnight need in town for a wedding. Close to everything, easy to access, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated.. great shower!!!!! Yummy espresso pods for good coffee in morning!! Would stay again!

Catherine’s place was just as expected; beautiful decor, clean, and spacious. It’s walking distance to the trail and dog park. Catherine was friendly and quickly responded to my inquiries. She also accommodated a late check out, which allowed my husband to continue working from home on the day of our check out. We highly recommend Catherine’s place!

Amber’s home was absolutely perfect for our short trip to Barrie! The space was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making it feel so warm and inviting. Amber was an incredible host, going above and beyond to accommodate our check-in and check-out times, which we truly appreciated. We’re happy to give her five stars and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend! P.S. If you’re staying in the winter, don’t forget to bring slippers—the tiles can feel a little chilly, but the warm fireplace makes the space incredibly cozy!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

The apartment was very clean and spacious with a full kitchen, massive bathtub and shower as well as a nice master bedroom. There are lots of walking trails around, which was perfect since we brought our dog. Diana was a wonderful host, she was proactive and detailed in her communications which made our check in and check out process smooth. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back!

Sandra’s place is just like the pictures super cute, clean and private. The place has everything you need for a great stay. She’s very responsive to messages. It was our 2nd time enjoying her place and we’d look forward to booking with her again!

Elijah’s place was very spacious, homey, clean, and as described; the bed was very comfortable and all the appliances worked as described; we didn’t need to ask for anything additionally and they were kind enough to offer us a checkout time of 12pm which meant we didn’t need to rush in the morning; will highly recommend to everyone wanting to visit the local trails, beautiful patches of nature and Vettä spa, as it’s practically walking distance

Tristan’s place is a home away from home. There’s a cozy vibe, the location is perfect, everything you need for some rest or fun. My son loves the sliding door to “his” room. Very close to the boardwalk and shops. We’ve visited multiple times and wouldn’t hesitate to go back any day.

Stayed here for the long weekend to do a few activities in the area and have to say that the space was amazing. Would 100% recommend anyone coming to barrie to come stay here!

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, spotless from top to bottom. Everything was incredibly neat, well-organized, and thoughtfully labeled with clear instructions, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. Mary truly went above and beyond in every way. She was super responsive when we had questions about local fishing tackle shops, and her attention to detail in the home was amazing. She left us a selection of teas, snacks, travel-sized lotion and hand sanitizer, and other small touches that made the whole place feel like a cozy hotel retreat. The neighborhood was peaceful and within easy walking distance of the lake a perfect location to unwind. Would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host.

I had a fantastic stay at Ped’s place! The accommodation was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful, making it a perfect getaway. Ped was an excellent host—quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well-prepared, and I felt truly welcomed. My friends and I really enjoyed our time in Hala’s place. It was so relaxing and cozy, so ideal for a time away from the city. The rooms were spacious and had comfy beds, the bathrooms were clean and had great lighting, and the sauna was relaxing. The place had everything we need and more! Hala was responsive and helped us when we needed anything. She was so thoughtful to have treats and wine for us when we arrived. I highly recommend the beautiful space and cannot wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Ken's place! The location was perfect, just a short distance from our event, and also close to shopping, which made things very convenient. The house was clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The directions provided were clear and easy to follow. Ken was a pleasure to deal with – responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I had a great time staying at Jack’s place! The unit was great, looked exactly like the pictures and was kept very clean for my checkin. Friday Harbour is a great little getaway that I think would be really nice to spend the summer at. Jack was a generous host, and was available if I needed him for any issues (which there were none!) Would definitely recommend this place

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Only downside was the hot tub and pool were closed for maintenance, but everything else was perfect. Would definitely come back!

Booked this condo for a weekend with some friends! The place was perfect with nice living and sleeping spaces. The yard and patio was a great hang out spot as well. Kitchen was great and the grill was fun to use! The surrounding area is beautiful as well. Overall an excellent place to stay!!

Loved our stay! Place was spotless and just as described, and check-in was smooth with clear instructions. Unfortunately the Nature Preserve was closed during our stay, and the pool was closed for maintenance, but Lina was accommodating otherwise. One thing to note is that the unit is right next to a stairwell exit, so if you have a sensitive dog like ours, they may be disturbed by some noises. Thanks again for the great stay!

This is my first time staying in an Airbnb and my family enjoyed the entire experience so much that we'll be doing it again. We felt safe, secure, relaxed and comfortable. All that was needed was provided and the location was a gem.

Had a wonderful stay here. This airbnb was very clean, nicely decorated and matched the description. Adriana was a great host letting us know before hand the pool/hot tub was closed for maintenance if we changed our mind about the place but that didn’t affect our decision. Location was great, just a 5 minute walk to the main shop/restaurant area. It was nice being on the ground floor that we could exit on the patio by locking the sliding door rather than going through the building. Parking spot in the garage was very convenient. Definitely recommend and we will try to stay here again!

Luciana’s place in Friday Harbour was perfect for my friends and I to celebrate New Years Eve! It’s walking distance to the strip of restaurants and shops in Friday Harbour and when we got back from dinner we had a great assortment of board games to keep us entertained and a bottle of champagne courtesy of Luciana which was a super sweet touch. We’d like to come back in the Summer, thank you for your hospitality!

Stayed at Justin and Jennifer’s condo for a girls getaway weekend and it was perfect. Loads of space to hangout, we had the best sleeps because the beds are super comfortable, the indoor/outdoor pool and other amenities offered as part of the condo rental fees were amazing and close by. We went to Horseshoe Valley Resort for dinner and to the Vetta Spa; both locations are close in proximity, to this condo. The hosts of this property are very responsive and friendly. I would recommend renting from them to anyone. Thanks for a great stay and I’ll consider returning in the future for a different adventure.
