Myra's Cozy Place is close to Downtown, Barrie which is walking distance to restaurants, clubs, shops and banks. We are near to Kempenfelt Bay and Centennial Beach. We are two blocks away from the City Hall and McLaren Art Center. The property is a walkout basement. The guests have a direct access to the backyard (we'll not give key to the guests for security reasons). They will be using the side door as their entrance door using a code. We can also offer Level 2 EV charging upon request.
