Vacation rentals with beach access in Barra do Sai

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

Excellent location, close to the beach and main avenue of Guaratuba, great place for morning walks, the apartment has a sea view and a good balcony to relax, comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

Our stay was great. The hostess welcomed us very well, very polite, I felt welcomed as if I were at home. The place was fully organized and clean. As the theme was Easter, there were decorations as such. I highly recommend it!

I traveled to Itapoá with my mother and my two dogs and Rafael's accommodation was perfect for us! It was easy to find and get to the place and even though the street was not paved, we had no problem with access, even on rainy days. The house is great, it is in a quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the waterfront, just 2 blocks, and the beach in the area is quiet, with lifeguard stations. My dogs loved the lawn and the pool was impeccably clean! Rafael and Tati were very nice and welcomed us with great affection, cookies and cold juice! The house has air-conditioning and the balcony has great fans. The screens on the windows and doors are certainly one of the best features of the house as we did not have to worry about insects. I needed to work during the stay and the Internet is great, it worked even during a heavy rain we had one night. It was a perfect day of rest, we will definitely be back!

Very well tended pool, offer of chairs and sunguard tbm to be taken to the beach. very pleasant outdoor space with option of shower, full bathroom and barbecue, stove, fridge, washing machine. in general, the spaces of the house itself provided a stay with an expected rest. we will possibly return.

We had a great experience hosting! The kitchen was impeccably clean and equipped with all the household utensils working perfectly. The rooms were also well organized, with air conditioning in full operation, ensuring a comfortable stay. The toilets were all in great condition, no problem at all. The host Andreia was always very attentive and quick in the responses. Also, we were greeted by Rozani and her husband, who were extremely helpful, providing us with valuable information about the location and the surroundings. The location is also excellent! The local beach is very good and, in addition, there are several nearby shops, including markets, pharmacies, bakeries and shops, which brought even more convenience for our stay. the only point to improve would be the upstairs wi-fi that had a weak signal. I recommend the place and I will come back again if I go to Itapoá again.

Everything is in good order with the rental. The house is very comfortable, a few meters from the beach, which is a big differential, all organized. The host is very nice, quiet. The point that could be adjusted would be the check-out time, after all a check-in at 2 pm and a check-out at 9:00 am is quite complicated, however, it was reported on the listing. I believe that a check-out at 11hrs or 12 hrs would be ideal, as it would have a sufficient time for cleaning and subsequent check-in of other tenants. Anyway, taking this detail from the time the rest was very fruitful.

The accommodations are excellent, everything is very well organized, extremely clean, everything is brand new, exactly as it is in the listing. The location is very good, not far from the hustle and bustle for those who want tranquility, but very close for those who want to look for it. Apartment served us perfectly! Well cozy, clean, had everything we needed, size of the barbecue served us well and 2 high image quality TVs. None of those 20" tube TVs. Excellent Internet. Well decorated. I recommend it!

The apartment is great. Very well organized, and it has a large balcony overlooking the sea. The building is right on the beach. The internet was better than expected. The building and the neighborhood are not very noisy. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, within walking distance. Douglas promptly answered all questions.
