Sea front house.. feet in the sand

The view is indescribable – it's like a dream waking up and having breakfast with a view of the ocean. We offer great Wi-Fi, a SmartTV, an excellent barbecue area, and a large garden to enjoy. The townhouse has been recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 1 en-suite bedroom with air conditioning, 1 additional bedroom, 1 bathroom, a laundry room, and a well-equipped kitchen. All rooms have a ceiling fan and are dark for a good night's sleep!

(220v voltage), equipped and with household appliances. Close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Great for families and groups of friends. The accommodation has Wi-Fi, bed linens and pillows.

Full house with two bedrooms plus an en-suite, all with air-conditioning. It has an exit to two streets. The front is on Rua Hermínio Dagnoni 67 and in the back is Rua Espírito Santo, which gives access beach, very close, about 130 meters. The beach is between the 2nd and 3rd Pedra, in Balneário Itapema do Norte, Itapoá-SC. The house is a few meters from the center/shops, bars, restaurants, markets, bakery and the sea. You can do everything on foot. Great beach.

Best Standard House, near the beach, with Pool

This is the Itapoá beach house you are looking for to spend several days with your family. It's designed for the comfort of our guests. No concrete tables and benches, all is done with great affection. Excellent location: the house is close to the sea (300 meters), close to markets, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream maker and convenience. Quiet place. The barbecue area with pool is sensational! Our service is always praised. Come and meet!

Location and space! Available. Christmas and New Year!

* Christmas and New Year's Eve available for 10 nights! Barra do Saí is a quiet place. There's a market, a bakery, a beverage distributor, a fish market... The house is close to the sea (see location) it is not necessary to cross streets to be in the sand, and free WIFI. Enjoy the cozy space with its outdoor area, barbecue grill, beach kit, shade, sunbathing, and a long wooden table. Rio Saí that meets the sea is a separate attraction!
