It is 300 meters from the sea, in a central and quiet area. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, an equipped kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a gazebo with a barbecue grill and a large table. Supermarket 100 meters away and we live nearby, always available for whatever you need.

The house is on the block of the sea in a quiet beach resort of Itapoá, Uirapuru. It is SPACIOUS and an excellent choice for leisure and rest. It has 3 bedrooms (2 SUITES) on the ground floor ALL WITH AIR CONDITIONING, a kitchen integrated into the dining room and a gourmet space with a BARBECUE GRILL. The POOL is large and has access with gates. On the upper floor there is a large room that integrates a living room, TV, table, balcony and toilet. FROM JANUARY TO MARCH/2026 THE BEACH IS UNDERGOING EXPANSION WORK, with some access restrictions

House on the sand The view is indescribable, a dream to wake up and have a nice breakfast overlooking the sea. We offer great Wi-Fi, SmartTV, excellent barbecue space, a vegetable garden and a large garden to enjoy. The house was recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a well-equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are dark for a good night's sleep!
