Sea front house.. feet in the sand

House on the sand The view is indescribable, a dream to wake up and have a nice breakfast overlooking the sea. We offer great Wi-Fi, SmartTV, excellent barbecue space, a vegetable garden and a large garden to enjoy. The house was recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a well-equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are dark for a good night's sleep!

A vibrant area features a turquoise swimming pool, illuminated by natural light. A unicorn float is positioned in the water, while a wooden tray holds fresh fruit, including watermelon and strawberries. A comfortable lounge chair is nearby, alongside potted greenery.

This is the Itapoá beach house you are looking for to spend several days with your family. It's designed for the comfort of our guests. No concrete tables and benches, all is done with great affection. Excellent location: the house is close to the sea (300 meters), close to markets, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream maker and convenience. Quiet place. The barbecue area with pool is sensational! Our service is always praised. Come and meet!

Take your family to this great beach place in Barra do Saí in Itapoá! spacious corner with balconies and very cozy. You'll feel at home! We have the barbecue with wood stove and pizza oven. We offer a large 5x3 private pool. Beach without a lot of agito, close to markets, pharmacy, fruit shop. Detail: 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning!!!!
