Vacation rentals with beach access in State of Santa Catarina

Very good apartment, brand new and everything is very clean. It is well worth it.

Great place to stay! You feel right at home, it has everything you need to have a perfect stay. The entrance is beautiful, it has a Paraguayan hammock, chairs and a cooler to take to the beach, cleaning supplies, an armchair and a small table in front of the TV to enjoy at night, the kitchen is very well equipped, it had two blenders, a coffee maker, an electric kettle and everything you need for cooking. The bathroom is very clean and complete. The only uncomfortable thing was the mattress to sleep on, the rest is very good! It's a small place but for two people it's ideal, don't worry about the space because everything is perfectly arranged! The neighborhood is quiet, you can walk, we preferred to use Uber, but a few blocks away there is an avenue with several businesses, restaurants and an excellent hypermarket. The beach can also be reached on foot. It was a pleasure to stay in this house, and it is definitely a place to recommend!

Great location. Very quiet, no noise at all. It's cozy, small but with everything you need to enjoy a delicious vacation. It has a beautiful view, privacy, and the hosts are very nice people who respond quickly. I recommend it 100%.

Fátima was an excellent host, very cordial, welcomed us very well, with flexibility to drop off our bags before check-in time and early check-in, and even left us some treats. The apartment is wonderful, as in the listing. Very well equipped, decorated, with clean linens and towels, wonderful showers. The apartment's location is perfect, close to a coffee shop with breakfast, afternoon coffee and meal options. There is also a 24-hour market with essentials for your stay. I would definitely stay there again!

The location is fantastic, although it might be a bit challenging for those who aren’t physically prepared—but it’s still quite accessible. The view from the window is absolutely breathtaking—it's hard to imagine anything better. Thank you so much, Sergio, for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

Buda do Lagoa is a dream. Located on the magical hill in front of Rosa beach, with a beautiful view of the sea. The house is beautifully designed, keeping the elements of nature, and being there conveys a deep sense of peace. You sleep on the balcony with the sound of the waves. A few minutes from the beach and downtown. Ezequiel and Ana were super careful and cooperative, and Ivonne was a very nice person, she helped a lot with the cleaning and brought a great energy. Recommendation 10/10, wonderful experience.

Excellent location, we were very well taken care of by the host. The landscape around the house is indescribable. We were greeted by Ana Paula, the house was very clean and fragrant, and Ana Paula surprised us with a wonderful homemade cake. Everything was perfect and whenever we return to Brazil we will book the house.

Amazing place, and amazing host, we felt at home, and we were treated so well, everything was clean and organized, the beds were nice and the heated pool was a highlight, you would not get bored in this place so much to do all day, Renato and his mother were so nice, they even let us checkout late since there was no one coming in that day Thank you for the great stay, definitely coming back

SIMONE IS ALWAYS ATTENTIVE AND AVAILABLE, THE PLACE IS VERY QUIET AND THE ACCESS TO THE BEACH IS FABULOUS. I'LL BE BACK ON MY NEXT VACATION. THE ONLY THING YOU SHOULD BRING ARE YOUR PERSONAL THINGS, BECAUSE THERE YOU'LL FIND EVERYTHING FROM THE ESSENTIALS TO GO TO THE BEACH, TO TENNIS RACKETS TO ENJOY THE COURTS AND NOT TO MENTION THE EQUIPMENT, IT'S PERFECT. Amazing host and place . We are going to stay longer ! What a beautiful place .

In addition to everything super tidy and fragrant, it still received us with fresh welcoming fruits. Not counting on the various unannounced facilities: hairdryer, portable crib and bathtub for my baby, a girl in the building itself always ready to support... The access to the apt is by electronic lock, which made it very easy even at the exit, since our return was at dawn and we do not need to give a physical key to anyone. For the external doors of the building, Elizeth provided us with 3 tags, which was great, as it allowed us to arrive at different times to the condominium without the slightest problem. Great! Super recommend!!!! :)

New, cozy, well-decorated, clean, very well-located apartment with all the amenities for a perfect stay. I recommend it. Host Gabriela is uniquely attentive to guests, always attentive and available to help with anything. Anyway, when I return to Florianópolis to stay in Campeche, I already have the right address.

The apartment is just like the photos, everything was fine, clean, organized, very well equipped. Waking up and seeing the sea so close is wonderful. The condominium is also very clean and organized. The concierge staff are also super polite. It was well worth the stay. Would recommend.
