The place is quiet, it is close to the beach, more or less a block, has a very close market with good structure. The house is in line with the announcement, all appliances working, has 2 refrigerators, but one of them very little, but we were warned at the time of check-in on this issue. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was bad, the toilets were musty when we arrived. Tirando some details I recommend the house, has good structure, large backyard for several cars, the house has cameras and alarm, which makes it much safer.

The house is super complete and equipped, we were 4 families and we all liked it a lot... The sand field is very top, and even the pool was able to enjoy a little even though it was cold!

The house is extremely cozy and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying the coastline. The view to the sea is incredible. The location is also excellent. The house has comfortable beds, working air conditioning, kitchenware, and a good overall structure. Host was very thoughtful, quick to respond. We are pleased with our stay.

Senscional defines the stay well. Spacious bathrooms, air-conditioned rooms (3) and a kitchen equipped with everything we need. The outdoor granite table in front of the pool brought charm to meals. The pool is outstanding: large, heated and with good depth (about 1.60 m). Even the dogs took advantage! Viviane was impeccable from the first contact: attentive, quick in response and flexible when possible. The best host we've ever had, without a doubt. Nor do we miss going to the beach, as the place offered us exactly what we were looking for: tranquility, comfort and a great place to relax. Let's go back, but for sure!!!

We had a great experience hosting! The kitchen was impeccably clean and equipped with all the household utensils working perfectly. The rooms were also well organized, with air conditioning in full operation, ensuring a comfortable stay. The toilets were all in great condition, no problem at all. The host Andreia was always very attentive and quick in the responses. Also, we were greeted by Rozani and her husband, who were extremely helpful, providing us with valuable information about the location and the surroundings. The location is also excellent! The local beach is very good and, in addition, there are several nearby shops, including markets, pharmacies, bakeries and shops, which brought even more convenience for our stay. the only point to improve would be the upstairs wi-fi that had a weak signal. I recommend the place and I will come back again if I go to Itapoá again.

our stay was wonderful, the house is modern, clean and equipped, it is just like the photos, the pool is heated just right. Miguel was super attentive in serving us. We will definitely be back another time and recommend the house to those who want to have a wonderful experience.

Super cozy cottage, quiet place, all enclosed and very beautiful yard, with swings and a super inviting fireplace space! Pedro always responded to our messages quickly, removed all our doubts. The stay was great and quiet, the house was clean and organized. Region with several nearby shops such as market, pharmacy, beverage distributor and fish shop at affordable prices. Voltaria for sure.

The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

Very good the Place, spacious, cozy and with a clean and air-conditioned pool, the only negative point is that it does not have 100% privacy due to being a chalet next to the other, so you end up that you can't make too much noise or put loud music because it bothers the other guests, but a great place and well located, I highly recommend!

The cabin is great, as in the photos the beach is your backyard. Next to several shops, quiet and easy to access place.

My family and I are very well hosted! The photos match what you find in the house, everything is clean, beautiful and organized. Not to mention that we don't have to worry about carrying a lot of luggage because it's all super equipped for both apartment and beach use. The location of the apartment is great and the reception too. They welcomed us with great affection ♡

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.
