The cozy miller's house, built in 1860, is a typical thatched cottage in a rural location. It invites you to feel good and relax on 141 square meters of living space and a large garden. The Wadden Sea and the North Sea are only 5 km away. Upon arrival, the beds are already made, 1x towels/linens per person are included. Your favorite pet (for a fee of €5 per day) is welcome here. Immerse yourself in the timeless retro charm of our vacation home on the dike in Balje. The rural life, the expanses of the outer dyke as well as the large garden, in which fruit trees can also be found, invite you to slow down. From the upper floor you can look at the Elbe with its shipping traffic to and from Hamburg. Nestled between Cuxhaven and Stade, many small towns offer beautiful routes and opportunities for shopping and lingering, also for cyclists and motorcyclists.

Beautiful one-room apartment in the historic center. On the property of the naturopathic practice, we have renovated a small half-timbered house. Five minutes' walk into nature. Disconnect from everyday life, come to rest and find yourself, relaxation for body and mind. Movement is life, a hike, a bike trip, or a walk, just enjoy. Due to its secluded location and the large garden surrounded by an old tree population, it is an ideal place to relax. Pure nature! Perfect for a relaxing weekend in the countryside for yoga and meditation groups, families with children or family reunions. In the attic there is a beautiful 75 m² yoga room equipped with mats and meditation cushions. From Hamburg it is a 40-minute drive by car and the North Sea can also be reached in 40 minutes.

Historic thatched-roof house

The listed thatched roof skate is in the center of Albersdorf. This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

Dear guest, A witch's house awaits you that impresses with its Scandinavian style. It is cozily warm thanks to the underfloor heating and tastefully furnished. Outside there are two cozily arranged terraces, overlooking a beautiful garden (imposing oak trees, boxwood hedge, and large lawn). The parking space and a carport are right by the house. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.

Welcome to my modern country house, lovingly renovated in 2022. Wooden floors, a cozy fireplace, and a natural stone countertop create a warm atmosphere. Large windows flood the house with light throughout the day. Children can enjoy the playroom with a swing and toys. Relax in the bathtub after a day of adventure or explore the surroundings with our bicycles – the perfect place to unwind and relax!

House Käthe on the dike

Right on the edge of the Hullen bird sanctuary in Nordkehdingen lies the small town of Balje. An agricultural area full of nature. The small thatched house on Deichstraße has a lot of history behind it and was completely renovated and newly expanded by me last year. The house is nestled in a natural garden. Apple trees, cherry trees, currant and jostaberry bushes create a nice feel-good atmosphere.
