Vacation rentals with beach access in Barano d'Ischia

We couldn’t have picked a better Airbnb! This place was in the perfect location in Marina Grande near Ferries, Bus and Train Lift up to Capri Center. We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute. We people watched from the front porch with stunning views and glasses of wine! We got to cook simple breakfast in the mornings and explore all of Capri! Everything in the island is breathtaking! Just do Capri and make sure to visit quaint Ana Capri which is quiet and charming with tons of artisan shops with amazing food! Also if you stay just book this place! The washing machine made it so easy for us to keep our wardrobe clean. Bed was comfortable and was fantastic! Enjoy everyone!!!

I can not say enough great things about our stay. The apartment was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and had amazing views of the water. The surrounding area had plenty of restraunts for us to choose and we were only a 10-15 min walk to a beach we went to several times. There is bus/taxi service right downstairs. I thought the place was even prettier than the pictures. Pat and Clemey were always communicative, helpful with suggestions, and even went out of their way to help us get our luggage that got misplaced by the airlines. When I come back to Naples I will 100% stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to any questions. He gave us a heads up with a taxi strike happening on the day of our arrival to prepare us. He gave us specific instructions on how to get to his place from the airport utilizing the Allibus. He was flexible with our check-in/check-out. He also had snacks for us upon arrival. We stayed in 3 separate Airbnbs on our trip and we got the best sleep here. The place was beautiful and great location. His home had such character and matched the pictures. You felt the historical charm yet the bathrooms had a modern feel with large walk-in showers with great water pressure. The seaside was right at the corner with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all within just a minute or two walking distance. This was our favorite stop of our trip. Le logement était super, au calme et parfaitement situé pour pouvoir y accéder à pied depuis le port. Nous avons d’ailleurs tout fait à pied sur l’île depuis le logement. Giuseppe est un hôte extrêmement accueillant, qui nous a donné d’excellentes recommandations. Merci encore! Nous reviendrons à Procida et si possible chez Giuseppe. À bientôt!

What a special place!! Historical building and a view that’s out of this world. The sound of the ocean with the amazing view of Castello Aragonese is just a surreal experience. Gabry is extremely helpful - she waited for us for the check-in and check-out, gave us all the tips on where to park, where to eat, where to visit, and even sent us sweet treats for breakfast. Thank you for everything.

Modesto a was a great host, me is at the door and responded quickly as we gave updates of our journey. She met us at the door and her husband took care of our luggage which was a lot!! Both were amazing to work with and gave great local food and grocery recommendations. The place is such an amazing spot to wake up to great views and so quiet in the evenings to enjoy the sights at night. Highly recommend for the ease of Ferries and luggage handling.

Such a wonderful stay! It was so peaceful and quiet - just beautiful! Emma was amazing from start to finish with communicating and recommending local spots. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone coming to Napoli and wanting to stay outside of the city center :) Thanks again!

Our stay was nothing short of magical. The location is unbeatable - nestled right on the marina with breathtaking views. What truly made our experience unforgettable was our hostess, Ada. From the moment we arrived, Ada welcomed us with such warmth & sincerity, it felt as though we were family members returning home. She had thoughtfully prepared a beautiful spread of chilled Prosecco, local snacks & water to greet us - such a gracious & elegant touch. Ada gave us a personal tour of her lovely home, making sure we saw every special corner, especially the terrace that overlooked the marina below. The home itself was immaculate, stylish & full of charm. Hostess, Rossella, was also fantastic communicating all throughout the planning of our trip, going above & beyond, but Ada's hospitality was the highlight. Her attention to detail & genuine care elevated our stay & was truly the highlight of our vacay. If you're visiting Capri,book this place & let Ada take care of you. It's a gem!

We loved this Airbnb! We didn’t think it could be better than the pictures, but it definitely was. You are surrounded by the ocean, which is not just amazing for the views, but also for the sound :) we loved spending time in the garden, BBQ-ing, enjoying the outside shower, chilling in the sun or shade, watching both the sunrise and sunset… simply amazing!

We just left Capri and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we had such a beautiful welcome and the experience was wonderful. Gennaro, our host, was awesome: He went above and beyond to make everything comfortable and enjoyable, he was very helpful throughout the whole stay and was always responsive for all our needs. He also gave us great tips and recommendations! We absolutely loved the place: Great view and location, the decoration is warm and welcoming, and the place is close to the best beaches in Capri. We would definitely love to come again to this same property. It made our whole trip 10 times better. And seeing the Faraglioni from our huge balconies was the cherry on top!

Eine einfache, aber sehr gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Unterkunft. In der Küche war deutlich mehr als die übliche Grundausstattung verfügbar: verschiedene Gewürze, Öl, Essig, mehrere Flaschen Wasser genauso wie Kaffee und sogar Nudeln und Sauce. Im Bad gab es auch sehr gute Pflegeprodukte. Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher standen auch bereit, was sehr praktisch ist, weil man sie dann nicht von zu Hause mitschleppen muss. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Marco und seine Familie, die die unteren Etagen im Haus bewohnen, waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit erreichbar - sowohl über die App als auch persönlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Da die Insel so klein ist, kann man von dort aus alle Ecken zu Fuß erreichen. Man darf natürlich keine Angst vor dem dichten Verkehr in den engen Gassen haben - auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis ;-) Ein besonders Highlight der Unterkunft ist die Aussicht über die Insel bis nach Ischia und auf großartige Sonnenuntergänge.

One of the best Airbnb experiences in 11 years. Beautiful house with a mind-blowing view of the sea and the mountain. The host met us and helped us carry our stuff from the bus stop in his car. He was always friendly and quick to respond. The house has everything you need. The house is a little further away from the general busyness but not so far away that it was a problem - perfect. In any case, it is better to have a car or scooter to get around the island easily. Next time in Ischia, we would be happy to stay here again.

Maria è una host fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che serve, lo spazio esterno è molto gradevole e funzionale per il rientro dal mare. La posizione è molto comoda, vicinissima al mare (a piedi), alla fermata dell’autobus, a negozi e ristoranti. Raccomando fortemente!

Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne z przestronnym tarasem i robiącym ogromne wrażenie widokiem na morze i port . Wejście do apartamentu jest wśród bardzo zadbanych kwiatów co bardzo lubię . W mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebowaliśmy . Bardzo blisko jest przystanek autobusowy aby dojechać do centrum Capri . Wyspa piękna i bardzo dobrze skomunikowana . Silvana i Francesco bardzo pomocni , od razu reagujący na nasze potrzeby . Bardzo dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt . Najlepszy nasz wyjazd ! Gorąco polecam ten apartament , znakomity ❤️🌹

Raffaele è stato gentilissimo, ci ha accolte al traghetto e ci ha fatto sentire accolte come in altri tempi. La casa è in un ottima posizione con vista sul mare e un gradevolissimo spazio esterno circondato da alberi e orti. All' interno la casa è molto accogliente e curata. Un' esperienza da ripetere!

Great location for exploring Naples and the wider area. We went to Capri (Ferry). Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius (metro & train) during our 4 night stay and all easily accessible. The apartment has a wonderful terrace where we ate breakfast & chilled at night. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. I highly recommend this apartment.

We has a fantastic week at Marina's apartment. The apartment is in a very authentic location and there are many interesting things to do locally. The apartment is on the top floor and so has fantastic views across Naples. We sat for hours on the balcony watching the city. We walked up Mount Vesuvius, visited Pompeii and Herculaneum. Visited Capri on the Hydrofoil and climbed to Villa Floridiana. The apartment was homely and kitted out well. The bedrooms big and bathrooms good. The kitchen has everything for cooking a meal. Marina was extremely helpful and responsive. I broke a cup and offered to pay but she said to forget it. She recommended a great restaurant locally then checked later to see if we had enjoyed it. Naples is a very big and chaotic city but packed with history, culture and friendly people. We felt safe. You decide if you what a touristy island like Capri or a real experience in the City. We would recommend Marina's place.

We had a very pleasant stay at Martine’s place. The AC worked well, it was spacious and clean. The AC is only in the living room rather than in the bedroom too but the cool air circulated well and we were very comfortable. We were only in Naples for one night and it was a great location for us to walk around the city. Thank you Martine.

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso una notte da Margherita a Marina grande. L'appartamento corrisponde fedelmente alle immagine e alla descrizione fatte su airbnb. L'accesso è molto semplice, Margherita è molto disponibile. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e con tutti i comfort. Torneremo sicuramente.

I was able to combine doing work with my stay as the internet service was very good. I loved the quiet garden and views over the sea whilst eating breakfast. Bus services and taxis readily available although taxi is unnecessary for due to the bus service. You can choose a day out or staying locally for your pleasure.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Wonderful stay with Leonardo! It was perfect, short walk from the dock to the flat with my backpack on. Great restaurants downstairs, perfect for exploring Procida.

Siamo stati nella casa di Alessandro solo qualche giorno ma ci siamo trovati benissimo! Gli Host sono stati gentili e disponibili, ci hanno dato molti consigli e non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. La casa è ben curata nei dettagli, pulita e non mancava davvero nulla. Inoltre la zona è molto tranquilla, ci sono un po’ di negozietti, diversi ristoranti e qualche spiaggia. Ci è piaciuto molto. Se torneremo ad Ischia sicuramente pernotteremo di nuovo qui ☺️💗
