My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. My home is located in the splendid hill of Posillipo, in the city of Naples, close to the sea. It covers the entire last floor of a villa, with independent access and two parking spaces. We call it "a sunny place" since it's always sunny and yet fresh due to the sea breeze. You will have a fantastic time just relaxing in our large terrace or wandering around the beautiful surroundings. You can easily reach the fabulous sites of Pompei, Sorrento, Capri and Ischia.

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

Welcome to "Villa Il Leccio" The studio is located on a quiet private avenue, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Heroes' Square. It is located in the large garden of the villa, of which only the entrance gate is shared. The accommodation tax is not included in the booking price: €2 (person)/night.
