My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

The house has a beautiful private terrace of 10m2 and a private garden of 40m2. On the terrace there is a modern rattan garden seating. Very good access to the center of Bratislava 20 min by car and quick connection to the highway in about 5 min. To Vienna it is 1 hour by car. In the vicinity you will find groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, a pharmacy.

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

Mé ubytování je skvělé Je to ode mě blízko do Mohyla M.R.Štefánika na Bradle, Šikmá veža vo Vrbovom,dom Mórica Beňovského-prvého kráľa Madagaskaru, park miniatúr hradov a zámkov,hrady Čachtice,Beckov,Branč, Piešťany.. U mě si to zamilujete, protože kľud, ticho a pohoda. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry, sóloví cestovatelé, rodiny (s dětmi) a domácí mazlíčci (zvířata). Asi 10min pešo je obchod s potravinami,hostinec a multifunkč,ihrisko V pláne apartmánu sa jedná o podfarbenú časť " apartmán B "

Ekologicky, produkujeme vlastnu elektriku, zberame dazdovu vodu, ohrev vody solarom.

Dom sa nachádza v obci Banka asi 10 min chôdze do centra kúpeľov vo veľmi tichej oblasti v blízkosti lesa. Apartmán tvorí PRÍZEMIE RODINNÉHO DOMU, má samostatný vchod, dve spálne (2+0, 2+1), obývačku, veľkú halu, kompletne vybavenú kuchyňu a zrekonštruovanú kúpeľňu. Rozloha je cca 110 m2. Our Apartment is part of family house where we live. It has separated entrance and it is separated from our part of house. Apartment contains one big sleeping room, one smaller sleeping room, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Our house is situated in quiet location 5 minutes drive from historical city center (taxi ~5€) of Trenčín. In summer days guest can use the garden with beautiful view on mountains for relaxation. Parking is directly in the garden next to house.
