The apartment consists of the GROUND FLOOR OF A FAMILY HOUSE, has a separate entrance, two bedrooms (2+0, 2+1), a living room, a large hall, a fully equipped kitchen and a renovated bathroom. The area is about 110 m2. Wi-Fi throughout the premises. The accommodation is also suitable for patients using rehabilitation treatment at Adeli Medical Center. Another part of the house, also with a separate entrance, is used by the owner.

In the living room there is a double bed, dining tables with chairs, a couch, a kitchen and its equipment. 9 people can sleep there(1 double bed, 2 double beds in a separate rooms, a small couch for children and 3 mattresses on the floor. Our barrier free home is located in a modern, family oriented development, Lodenica. We are a 2 min drive/10 min walk via a beautiful and protected wheelchair path to the Adeli Medical Centre. NO SMOKING INSIDE PLEASE NOTE that we have two adult cats that are members of our family they were both born here and are extremely friendly. they are indoor/outdoor and it is very easy to take care of them. they love children. if you are not comfortable with cats please do not send a request. NO PETS.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy.
