The house is located in the village of Banka, about 10 minutes' walk to the center of the spa in a very quiet area near the forest. The apartment consists of the GROUND FLOOR OF A FAMILY HOUSE, has a separate entrance, two bedrooms (2+0, 2+1), a living room, a large hall, a fully equipped kitchen and a renovated bathroom. The area is about 110 m2. Wi-Fi throughout the premises. The accommodation is also suitable for patients using rehabilitation treatment at Adeli Medical Center. Another part of the house, also with a separate entrance, is used by the owner.

It is located in a quiet location, just 15 minutes walk from the city center and 20 minutes from the bus and train station. There is a children's playground Inčučuna and a lot of services nearby. There is above-standard kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi, a washing machine with a dryer, free parking in the building and a lot of board games. We will also be happy to prepare a crib on request.

City of Brezová pod Bradlom (Košariská) is known also as a birthplace of the greatest Slovak – M. R. Štefánik, whose exceptional monument is located 3 kilometres from the flat.

This modern, spacious apartment is located in the center of Piešťany. It is fully furnished, suitable for 3 people. The bedroom has a king double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave and a kettle. The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a living room with a sofa, TV, dining table and also the balcony. Shops, restaurants, cafes, post office, shopping center Aupark are nearby.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy.
