The cross-country ski trail in Steg can be reached in 5 minutes. 8-minute walk to the bus stop. The most beautiful hiking trails are at your doorstep. The border to Switzerland and Austria can be reached in about 15 minutes.

The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet area, with parking (+ garage for bicycles), small terrace and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a pull-out sofa (140 × 200), a single bed on a raised platform (not suitable for small children), private bathroom and small kitchen (see pictures). The house is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the train station, BZBS, OST and the city center.

In the recently renovated detached house with old charm but modern furnishings, you can feel comfortable at any time of the year. The pool offers the possibility to refresh yourself in warmer months. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.

This unique place has a style all its own. It is new, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a large balcony. Well located for skiing, some ski resorts can be reached in a short time. The bedroom has a box spring bed 180/200 cm for 2 people. For another 2 people, there is a sofa bed in the living room, so it would also be possible to book the loft with 4 people.

This 170-year-old renovated house is equipped with a lot of coziness. From here you can explore the Liechtenstein area. The proximity to Maienfeld "Heidi village and Tamina Gorge" is only a 5-minute drive away. Bus stop 100 m, as well as bakery and butcher shop. Large shopping 5 min by car, 15 min on foot. Small hikes can be undertaken directly from the house.
