The annexe which is self contained is fully fitted out for four guests.It has a modern interior and is a new building (3yrs old). We live in a small pretty village with historical roots going back to Robert the Bruce.We are very central and 20 minutes from motorway taking you to Edinburgh (45mins).Perth (30mins) St Andrews(40mins).A great local hotel within 150 mts.Keen walkers can walk up the local Lomond hills and get wonderful views over Loch Leven.The gliding centre is 500 mts.Lots to do.

The Log Cabin is situated in 3 acres of garden, shared only with our own house. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden. The Cabin sleeps five people and we have a travel cot if required. There is one large bedroom with two kingsize and one single beds. The Cabin does not have TV or wifi, however it does have an excellent 4G signal. We welcome well behaved pets, up to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog, even a cat. We ask guests who bring pets to vacuum before they leave.

It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. That’s the 4th time I’ve stayed at Chris’s place with him and his dad. Absolutely perfect for what I need when in the area training my dogs. Chris and his Dad are both very friendly and leave you to settle in and do your own thing. I’ll certainly be very happy to stay again.

The bathroom features a clean design with a bathtub and a separate shower. A large mirror is mounted above the sink. Soft towels are neatly arranged on the tub, and minimalistic accessories are placed on the sink for convenience.

we had a wonderful time and are very grateful to you. The apartment is lovely, and we really enjoyed the city as well. It is 20 mins away from Burntisland and 45-55 min away from Edinburgh by train. Great location, with easy parking in front of the property. It’s pay and display before 17:00. Scott was super helpful and friendly. With responses super quick. Check in was easy with a lock box. The place is stunning. The photos really didn’t do it justice. Super homey. The location is super nice right on the beach and just a short walk to a shop if anything needed. Would 100% recommend.

Cozy little place. The interior was nicely decorated and the stone walls kept the place just right. It's a bit off the beaten path, but the instructions were easily to follow and the place was very secluded and quiet. It is right next to the airport and in the landing flight path, but we never heard much of anything.

This house is big! We really enjoyed so many bedrooms, bathrooms, and a well-appointed kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. One of the best things about the house was how quickly the hosts responded with our questions. It was a great stay. If you go and stay, be sure to go to the Abbey at Dunfermline - a short ride away. The house was a great launch pad for site seeing north of Edinburgh.

Just returned from a wonderful weekend with family and friends at Gellyburn Cottage. The house was spacious and easily accommodated 9 adults and 2 small dogs. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. It had everything we needed for our get together. The great supply of board games kept us entertained in the evening. There is a lovely enclosed garden (safe for the dogs) and a large BBQ with picnic benches. I highly recommend Gellyburn Cottage and we hope to return in the future.
