We had a blast!!! The parking is a little tricky, lol. The house, the location, and the view was absolutely PERFECT!!! My daughter and I were in town for some medical things and tried to make it special. Huge win!!! The home is lovey, the view spectacular, and everything is in walking distance!!! What a wonderful stay!! This property was just perfect for our family holiday re living memories from years past. Such a beautiful cozy home. The decor and furniture were high quality and comfortable. We loved the balcony!! We spent mornings, afternoons and evenings outside and captured a number of great family photos with the water and trees as the backdrop. The kitchen was well stocked and the bbq was great. Beds very comfortable. Space was perfect for our adult family of 7. We loved the location and a peaceful street. Garage was very much appreciated making coming and going easy. We hope that we can return again soon !!

Thank you Savannah for a lovely stay. We were in the area for a funeral so it was nice to walk around Balboa Island & Peninsula in our free time, including an hour or two on the beach. Your place was clean, efficient, and comfortable. You had all the amenities we needed. Thank you for your timely communications, you made it easy for us to be there.

We enjoyed staying at Annette's place. Great location just steps from Laguna Coffee Co, tons of restaurants (Nick's was our favorite) and the beach. The unit has lots of light and looks like the photos. We enjoyed the hot tub and grilling on the patio. Master bed was comfy. Communication was very good, and Annette went out of her way to provide helpful recommendations on hiking in the area. Definitely recommend.

We had an alternate booking cancel less than 24 hours of arrival so I was in a panic to find something dog friendly. John responded immediately to my booking request and was very helpful. The place ended up being a great location a block from the beach and just a walk to lots of great food. Very clean. Thank you!

Spotless, beach home in prime location and a responsive host. Couldn’t ask for a better, more accommodating property/ host. We had a wonderful time & had everything we needed.highly recommend& we will definitely be coming back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay, although we ended up ubering to Disneyland because it wasn’t quite as walkable as we had hoped. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We did get cold at night and there wasn’t enough extra blankets, but maybe they were stored somewhere else that we couldn’t locate. It was really clean and perfect for our Disneyland trip! We were too busy to use the pool but it was a short walk from the unit.

Penelope’s home was exactly what we hoped for - clean, easily accessible, close to shopping and activities, plenty of parking space and comfortable. We never needed to reach out for assistance as everything was listed clearly and comprehensively both in the listing and in the house manual. I could not recommend this home and Penelope as a host more - I hope to return in the future!

Overall, I had a good stay. I like the security of the building, it’s also centrally located. The Garage was definitely a plus because parking in Long Beach can be very difficult. It was big enough to fit my Tesla model X so it was a decent size. The space looks like the photos. I had a little trouble with the cable, but I was able to watch Netflix so it worked out. I just wish it was pet friendly.

We loved our stay at Casita Clemente! Barbara provided us with many snacks and recommendations for our short time, and the Airbnb was well stocked with everything we needed (including coffee). Her instructions are detailed and clear as well. As an added bonus, the beach and pier truly are a 5 minute walk away! Just a note that those who have allergies to dust should bring your own fans for sleeping at night! We had planned to use the many fans Barbara provided but couldn’t because they were a bit dusty. But if that’s not a problem for you, you should be good!

Very clean, cute decor, comfortable and spacious (for our family of 5people), has a lot of ample amenities even for kids! Clubhouse, pool & jacuzzi access. Securities at the gate were friendly and the Neighbors mostly seem don't mind having Air BnB guests in a gated community. Walking to Waldorf hotel took about 10m, beach about 20m. But the restaurants and stores were in short driving distance. We really enjoyed this spot. Thank you!

My 85 year old mom and I had a great time. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. The accommodations were everything that we needed. Perfect little beach cottage.

My husband, two girls, and I absolutely loved our stay at Ollie’s place! The location is perfect, and sitting in front of that window every morning with my coffee is something I’m going to daydream about nonstop. We walked right out to the beach every morning after breakfast, and Ollie had chairs, toys, and much more for us to use on the beach. Her breakfast each morning was such a treat! We couldn’t get enough of her delicious baked treats. Ollie is so kind, and is super quick to respond with anything you may need. Thanks Ollie for the best family vacay! ❤️

Joseph and Lisa were very responsive and kind! Their home accurately represented the photos and listing. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony for the sunset. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were in pristine condition. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and the complimentary welcome snacks and coffee machine. We will be back! :)

Jade’s home was beautiful! My family and I enjoyed every minute :) it was exactly as described and included the very best amenities! Plenty of towels and things needed for our trip! It was fully stocked and exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay here again! Jade was very responsive, friendly and accommodating! We came for a 2 day Disneyland trip and it was the perfect location, not too far from the park! Highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were warm, friendly, and easy to chat with, which made us feel right at home. The place itself was charming and well-kept, with the highlight being our own private pool and jacuzzi – such a treat! The ambience is fantastic, with a serene countryside design that blends beautifully with nature. A gentle breeze flows through the property, and we even spotted some small animals from time to time, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We actually ended up changing our travel plans just to spend more time here – that’s how much we enjoyed it. If you’re looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating getaway, this place is perfect. Highly recommended!

Really awesome host and amazing place! the drive way & garage fits 3 cars. our party had more than that for our bachlorette and were able to find street parking. Be careful with the street parking though: there were some trees that got sticky sap all over the cars and pollen/leaves clung to it.

Great and clean home! Little quirks about the stay here and there, but that’ll be every place. 5 stars!!

Mark was a wonderful host. He was easy to contact and replied very quickly. The house was beautiful and well equipped. The property was only a .50 mile from our granddaughter’s home. The heated pool was great entertainment for our great grandkids and they loved staying over and sleeping in the bunk beds. We are looking forward to returning.

We booked Susan's home for my girls birthday and her friends. They had an absolutely wonderful time! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The home itself is stunning, with amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. Susan was always responsive, and accommodating! The location overlooking the ocean was perfect!

This was my first time booking an Airbnb instead of a hotel, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Juliet was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive. The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the spa was amazing, and the pool was the perfect size for me to be in there with my kids helping them brush up on their swimming skills. They absolutely loved it. I mentioned that I was used to using a Keurig, and Juliet went out of her way to get one just to make me feel more comfortable. That gesture meant so much and really showed how much she cares. The next day, I asked if the pool could be heated and she responded within minutes. She turned it on right away and even kept it heated longer so we could enjoy it more. Juliet made my first Airbnb stay so easy and special. I’m truly grateful and would absolutely come back. Jamie
