This is a classic 1960's beach house with brand new windows, doors, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, furnishings, appliances - you name it. We are super proud of the finished look and know it will make a wonderful home away from home! Style is an eclectic mix of beachy mid-century and maximalism (read: FUN). Must be 25 to book. Do not book this for your kids. Owner managed with attention to detail.

Located just one block from the surf and sand. One block from the Newport Beach Pier and Marina Park, restaurants, and entertainment. Recently remodeled with a new kitchen, appliances, stone bathroom, hardwood floors, new tempur-pedic California king bed and private Washer/Dryer. We also have beach chairs, big beach towels, beach umbrella and boogie boards for you to enjoy. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.
