Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. The main street of Balboa Island has everything you would need during your visit including shops, restaurants, market, The Village Inn bar, bike rentals, and many sweet tooth favorites like Dad's Donuts and Sugar 'n Spice serving their famous frozen bananas and Balboa Bars.

This cottage is located in the heart of Dana Point, a beautiful and uncongested beach community! A 5 minute walk finds you at the nearby town center and new downtown area where you can find restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Down the street is Dana Point Harbor/marina and the famous Doheny Beach surfing and park or get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! The Cottage is a great pet friendly with enclosed front and rear yards, a great alternative to the over priced resorts.

Just 3 minutes from the 5 freeway sits this attached but private studio. Once through your private entrance you will feel at home. Comfortable queen bed, fireplace and fully stocked kitchenette with mini fridge/ freezer if you feel like cooking. There is also a 2 person table/ desk in front of the warm electric fireplace. The ceiling fan keep things cool. Full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Salt Creek beach,Dana Point Harbor and Trestles are just 15-20 minutes away. Great Location!
