House vacation rentals in Balboa Peninsula, Newport Beach

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our stay here was! First time to California with two children and it was like home from home! So much more was provided than expected to make it such an enjoyable stay! Levy was contactable any time if we had any issues and happy to provide info about things to do around the area! The pool was perfect and the boys spend many hours in it as well as the hot tub which was a godsend after a long day sight seeing or after theme parks! Super close to Disney as well! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s refreshing to have a host that can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable which levy certainly did! Thank you for everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we happen to visit California again! Orange county was by far our fav place including laguna beach! So location was perfect too! My family and I had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, beautifully kept, and exactly as described. The host was amazing; very kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We booked for my daughter 5 birthday and we felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. No one wanted to leave lol. Highly recommend! I will for sure book with them again.

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

We booked the place for our sons graduation at Chapman. It was perfect for family and friends to stay and pop in and enjoy each others company! It was not as close as I hoped for walking to things but super easy and convenient. Less than a 10 minute drive to campus. Our son lived close to campus so we could park at his house to walk to all the campus graduation events so this was totally fine. The pool, the games, the covered outdoor seating and the spaciousness of the place made it so easy and fun. The house was spotless, the beds super comfortable and the hosts thought of everything with pool towels, games, sunscreen etc. I'd definitely book again!

The unit was everything we wanted: clean, great floorplan, ocean views, directly across the street from the beach, 2 parking spaces (which is KEY on the Peninsula), updated, and easy to find. My family and I will absolutely book this again when we are in Newport Beach.

We had a blast!!! The parking is a little tricky, lol. The house, the location, and the view was absolutely PERFECT!!! My daughter and I were in town for some medical things and tried to make it special. Huge win!!! The home is lovey, the view spectacular, and everything is in walking distance!!! Adorable place w nice finishes and super close to the beach. It’s in a great location with lots of bustle. We loved sitting on the little patio. All of Lisa’s instructions were super clear and specific. She was very responsive in bringing us more wine glasses when we noticed there was just one.

This is our second year in a row staying at this location, and it is definitely turning into something we want to do every year. A perfect quiet location steps away from the beach. Gorgeous space, plenty of room inside and I loved the extra loft space. The hosts are always very proactive with all of the information you need and they respond quickly! Thank you for making us feel right at home at the beach.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The location is perfect! My family had so much fun here! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bike rentals and is right on the beach. Everyone in the area is friendly, happy, and polite. Jeannie's place is equipped with all of the essentials needed to stay comfortably. There are extra blankets, towels, beach sport equipment and an ice chest to borrow if needed. The kitchen is updated & had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. We will definitely book again in the future. Our host Danica was sweet and responsive. Our stay was amazing and we were all sad to leave. We will definitely book again.

Definitely would stay again! Very clean and well appointed. I’ve rented a lot of places on the peninsula when visiting my mom at her assisted living. This was the most elegant and comfortable. The only issues I can think of were the absence of a how-to manual (we never could figure out how to use the overhead fans or perhaps they were broken) and the sound quality of the living room tv speaker is very tinny.

We came during Memorial Day weekend and greatly appreciated the garage parking. House was exactly as listed and it’s worth the price considering how expensive other units are in the area. Quynh was prompt with responses and was gracious enough to let us get our perishables into the refrigerator prior to check in time. We would rent again for sure!

The location was awesome, it was great only having to walk a couple minutes to the beach. The place was clean and we had plenty of space. We would definitely rent again

My daughter and I stayed in Vacasa for Mother's Day weekend and it was exactly what we wanted. A simple, calm, inviting space with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed coffee and muffins on the deck and felt very safe in the neighborhood. We appreciated the extra beach towels and chairs during our stay. While the air conditioner kept us cool at just the right time and added comfort to the weekend. We struggled a bit parking in the garage and we have a tiny tiny car. So, Please note - if you decide to use the 1 car garage for parking it is extremely small and street parking is very hard to find. We hope to return for more visits to Vacasa. It was the perfect spot to create Mothers Day memories in Newport!

A charming 280sq ft cottage. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Obviously it isn’t a new property and the age shows, however there is a lot of charm in that too. Beachview Rentals was extremely responsive and all the small “issues” that arose during our stay were handled promptly. Due to the size and location of the property it was less private than we hoped. However, the patio was absolutely amazing. It was fun to people-watch. I would recommend this property for a nice getaway weekend.

What a beautiful unit to enjoy Balboa peninsula! Since we got there, we had an easy check in, thanks to the instructions we got from NB Vacation Properties. The house was well equipped and beautifully decorated and super clean. We enjoyed the amazing sunsets in the rooftop. Location is great too. We would love to go back during summer time 🫶🏼
