Great spot for dog owners as well as there are lots of places for the dogs to run freely. If looking a place to switch off and have some activities - this can be top of your list.

Ein tolles Häuschen in wunderschöner Landschaft.

Baita stupenda, accogliente e pulita. Marco ci ha accolto e accompagnato, è stato gentilissimo. Elena sempre disponibile e anche lei gentilissima. È stata una vacanza stupenda, peccato solo per il tempo, ma comunque anche stare a casa e fare un barbecue non è stato niente male, cucina ben fornita, avevano addirittura un mattarello per stendere che pensavo di non trovare, insomma tutto fantastico il posto poi incantevole anche andare in giro per le baite vicine a piedi; ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Diese ist wunderschön gelegen und perfekt um das Sertig Tal zu Fuss zu erkunden. Der Garten hat uns mega gefallen, ruhig gelegen und tolle Aussicht, perfekt um zu relaxen und gemütliche Abende draussen zu verbringen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le chalet etait parfait avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, la vue sur le lac et les montagnes est tout simplement incroyable. L’accès immédiat au lac est aussi tres appréciable. Paul est un hote tres réactif qui a pu répondre a chacune de nos demandes. Nous recommandons tres chaleureusement ce magnifique endroit et reviendrons avec plaisir si nous en avons l’occasion.

Stunning views in a cosy chalet with good location . Perfect for what we wanted from our family holiday. Nice living/dining area which was open so could chat while cooking. Great terrace to enjoy a cup of tea. Parking space right outside. Kitchen contained all we needed to make meals in the evening.

Das Chalet ist sehr gut erreichbar, egal ob man mit dem Zug oder dem Auto anreist. Das hübsche Haus hat extrem viel Charme, ist gut gepflegt, sehr sauber und hält, was die Fotos und die Beschreibungen versprechen. Die Ausgangslage ist perfekt für diverse Wanderungen, egal ob anspruchsvolle Routen oder kleinere Ausflüge mit Kindern. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt!

Martina war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Schnell im beantworten von Fragen und Anliegen sowie Rückmeldungen. Wie haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Lieber Daniel Das Haus war toll, alles da was man braucht und genug Platz für die ganze Familie. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ein pasr unvergessliche Tage erlebt. Wir haben die Privatsphäre und die Natur sehr geschätzt. Trotzdem erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5min alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, den See, die Gondelbahn, das Dorf sowie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt mit dir war freundlich, unkompliziert und du hast immer umgehend gesntwortet. Danke für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder! Herzliche Grüsse Sabrina & Familie

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo splendido chalet a Bormio. La struttura è molto grande e perfetta per gruppi o famiglie numerose: dispone di 4 spaziose camere da letto e 4 bagni, il che garantisce comfort e privacy per tutti gli ospiti. Il salone è ampio e accogliente, con un bellissimo camino che crea un’atmosfera calda e rilassante, ideale per le serate in compagnia. Anche il giardino è un punto di forza: curato e spazioso, perfetto per godersi momenti all’aperto in tranquillità. La posizione è ottima: lo chalet si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Bormio, permettendo di raggiungere comodamente ristoranti, negozi e le terme senza dover usare l’auto. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca comfort, spazio e una posizione strategica per vivere al meglio Bormio.

Wir waren mit 6 Mann mountainbiken. Die Unterkunft war fantastisch. Riesen großer Fahrradraum mit allem drum und dran!

An amazing chalet to get away in the Engadin valley. The place is fully outfitted and very comfortable. There's underground parking and everything feels brand new and impeccably clean. Everything one could want to have a wonderful stay. The hosts are VERY pro-active and offer extras like daily bread delivery (at cost) and shots of mountain liqueur. They even had two e-bikes and a child cart that we LOVED using around the area. Overall HIGHLY recommend if you want to be in the Bever area.

A great place to stay with genuine ski-in/ski-out. We stayed here with a second family and thoroughly enjoyed both the property and the slopes. Facilities were great, boot room was super helpful with 9 people - we'd definitely come back for another trip!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum Skilift (ca. 100m) ist sehr praktisch, ebenfalls die nahe Bushaltestelle. Es ist nur ein Parkplatz beim Haus verfügbar, weitere günstige Parkplätze gibt es weiter unten beim Hotel Maran. Der Self-Checkin und die Kommunikation mit Arosa Holiday hat super funktioniert. Tipp: beim Hotel Arvenwald können Schlitten gemietet werden, die Schlittelpiste startet gleich beim Haus und ist jeden Abend beleuchtet!

Das Haus von Martina ist der absolute Hammer - unfassbar schön und sorgfältig renoviert. Es sieht genau aus wie auf den Fotos. Mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist und sogar die Messer sind scharf! Für einen Gruppenaufenthalt mehr als zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank!
