It can be easily reached with a small road about 300 m long (in case of snow,it is accessible on foot).The chalet is 10 minutes from the ski slopes of Passo del Tonale and 15 minutes from Marilleva 900.

Shops, restaurants, bars and mountain railways are just a few bus stops away or a couple of minutes by car. Unser Haus ist abgelegen im ruhigem Naturschutzgebiet im Sertigtal. Im Winter direkt über die schwarz-markierte Tiefschneeabfahrt vom Jakobshorn zu erreichen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst genial zum biken. Wanderwege, Langlaufläupe gehen beim Haus vorbei. Busstation ist unten am Haus. Da Davos ein Kurort ist, muss eine Kurtaxe entrichtet werden. Diese beträgt 5.90 pro Tag und Person ab 12 Jahren. Die Kurtaxe wird vor Ort beim Check-In eingezogen.
