We offer accommodation in one of the oldest buildings of Civita, a XVI century building constructed on a former Middle Age tower. The apartment is on the ground floor of Palazzo Contino, former Palazzo Pinzi, with a terraced garden with a breathtaking view on the Calanchi valley and a beautiful garden full of plants and fruits. From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sun rises. The garden is a proper oasis compared to the rest of the village which during the day can sometimes quite crowded.

Very central apartment located a few meters from the town square (Piazza della Repubblica). The most typical restaurants, the pharmacy, and the city bank are within easy reach for the guest because they are all located in the square below the apartment. The accommodation, precisely because it is located in a central area, allows visitors to reach all the main monuments of the historic center (Duomo, Torre del Moro, Pozzo della Cava, Orvieto underground, etc.) in a few minutes on foot.
