The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. On our approx. 2000 m² property there are 2 apartments. The roof surfaces are well insulated from the inside and outside. The apartment is cozy and quiet. All rooms have windows. A parking space on the premises is available for the FW. If you have multiple cars or vans, there are parking spaces nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.
