The cottage, located on the outskirts of the village of Arnoltice, allows you to experience both a peaceful rest and relaxation, as well as an active holiday, due to its location at the foot of the forest. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI and SMART TV. Parking directly at the building. The cottage is heated either by an electric boiler with wiring to the entire building or by a wood-burning fireplace.

The small wooden house is quietly located on a large meadow property, surrounded by greenery. Our guests particularly appreciate this idyllic location, the good accessibility and the coziness of the accommodation.

The nearby area of the Elbe Sandstones is also a popular location for both recreational and advanced climbers.

Just relax and unwind: The open-plan living and dining area offers a cosy atmosphere for cooking and enjoying in the kitchen, looking into the fire of the cast-iron stove or reading a good book in the cosy reading bunk. With a far-reaching view of rocks and forests, you can dream of the next hikes in the large double bed under the roof. After long tours, your tired feet can recover under the starry sky in the warm hot tub or in the log sauna.

The house is located in the Kirnitzschtal, directly on the Kirnitzsch, a tributary of the Elbe. The spa park of Bad Schandau, which offers peace and quiet, is right outside the front door. In the immediate vicinity is also the stop of the historic Kirnitzschtalbahn. The city center and the Tuscany Spa are a 5-minute walk through the city park. The apartment is located on the second floor and features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Enjoy a stay at the foot of the Kohlbornstein in the tranquil village of Krippen. The painter Caspar David Friedrich sought respite here 200 years ago.

Our apartment is located directly at the spa park in Bad Schandau. There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, the Toskanatherme, the Kirnitzschtalbahn, the historic Sendig lift or, for example, the National Park Center in the immediate vicinity. Directly from the property you can hike to the Schrammsteine, the Kohlbornstein or the Rathmannsdorfer lookout tower. All other highlights of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland can be reached quickly by car or public transport.

Unsere schöne Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, liegt direkt an der Elbe und ist ca. 75qm groß. Sie bietet viel Licht und Platz, komfortable Betten, eine wunderschöne Aussicht, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen privaten Parkplatz. Nach einer langen Wanderung oder Fahrradtour lässt es sich wunderbar auf dem Balkon am Wasser entspannen. Wer noch Lust hat, kann 5 Minuten spazieren gehen und die Muskeln in der Therme entspannen.
