Our cozy vacation home is located in the heart of Saxon Switzerland National Park on the outskirts of Bad Schandau and is therefore the ideal starting point for many excursions: hiking and climbing in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, tours on the Elbe Cycle Path or relaxing in the Toskana Therme! The small wooden house is quietly located on a large meadow property, surrounded by greenery. Our guests particularly appreciate this idyllic location, the good accessibility and the coziness of the accommodation.

We offer accommodation in a newly renovated cottage in the heart of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park, located in the picturesque village of Stará Oleška. Its location at the foot of the forest allows you to experience a peaceful rest and relaxation or an active holiday. Hiking or cycling encourages you to discover the beauty of the national park with attractive tourist destinations. The nearby area of the Elbe Sandstones is also a popular location for both recreational and advanced climbers.

To the Hirschbaude with a wildly romantic garden

The Hirschbaude is located in Saxon Switzerland, directly in the Kirnitzschtal. You will spend the night in a small hut in the middle of the wildly romantic hillside garden. After your excursions, enjoy the magical evening atmosphere with a campfire or barbecue or warm up in front of the fireplace on cold. Important: There are two (very lovely) free-roaming dogs Ronja+Mary Rose, 2 cats, rabbits and ducks. The accommodation and access isnot barrier-free. A tourist tax must be paid upon arrival.

This modern 105 m² apartment, completely renovated in June 2024, offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests. Located in the town center, directly opposite the park, it combines a peaceful setting with convenient access to the main attractions. Accommodation Description Bedrooms: Two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds (180×200 cm and 160×200 cm). Living Room: Spacious living room with a sofa bed (140×200 cm). Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €10/night.

At the fountain

The house is located in the Kirnitzschtal, directly on the Kirnitzsch, a tributary of the Elbe. The spa park of Bad Schandau, which offers peace and quiet, is right outside the front door. In the immediate vicinity is also the stop of the historic Kirnitzschtalbahn. The city center and the Tuscany Spa are a 5-minute walk through the city park. Cozy vacation apartment near Saxon Switzerland National Park We would be delighted to welcome you to our non-smoking vacation apartment "Sommerfrische" – in the hiking and climbing paradise of Saxon Switzerland. The apartment is located on the second floor and features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Enjoy a stay at the foot of the Kohlbornstein in the tranquil village of Krippen. The painter Caspar David Friedrich sought respite here 200 years ago.

Vacation home at the spa park

Our apartment is located directly at the spa park in Bad Schandau. There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, the Toskanatherme, the Kirnitzschtalbahn, the historic Sendig lift or, for example, the National Park Center in the immediate vicinity. Directly from the property you can hike to the Schrammsteine, the Kohlbornstein or the Rathmannsdorfer lookout tower. All other highlights of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland can be reached quickly by car or public transport.

Felsquartier: Charmantes Apartment am Elbe-Radweg

Enjoy high, bright rooms with historical elements in the heart of Saxon Switzerland. Lovingly renovated, the property is located in the immediate vicinity of Krippen train station and 2 km away from Bad Schandau train station, which are perfect starting points for excursions to the surrounding national park, cities and villages. With the ferry 500 m away, you can get to Postelwitz or downtown Bad Schandau (Elbkai) on the other side of the Elbe for free (guest card).

Unsere schöne Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, liegt direkt an der Elbe und ist ca. 75qm groß. Sie bietet viel Licht und Platz, komfortable Betten, eine wunderschöne Aussicht, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen privaten Parkplatz. Nach einer langen Wanderung oder Fahrradtour lässt es sich wunderbar auf dem Balkon am Wasser entspannen. Wer noch Lust hat, kann 5 Minuten spazieren gehen und die Muskeln in der Therme entspannen.

Shepherd's wagon tiny house - parking, garden, Wi-Fi

Our shepherd's wagon is located on our Kraxlerhof, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland overlooking the Ochelwände. With a lot of love, we have now completed our shepherd's wagon at the end of July 2022 for up to two people. All hiking destinations are easily accessible from our farm. We are happy to give you interesting excursion tips around the hiking region of Saxon Switzerland.
